Yep it'll be Crespo at left-back no doubt. This is the type of game Tzolis should start, he'll find plenty of space when we break on the counter. 

Hopefully Augusto is fit enough to start, our best midfield is him alongside El-Kaddouri and Schwab. If they deem him not fit enough I actually don't mind Esiti starting in this game. PSV will have the majority of the ball which suits a player of Esiti's style.
