Ha ha, thanks for the laugh.

If he was playing like he was a few years ago, entaxi, he’d be a decent backup for Prijo.  At his best Klaus was decent and much better than Koulouris.  But right now he’s barely B Ethniki.  Can’t understand how he dropped so quickly.

I didn't know he got married. But still 20 goals will be hard for someone to beat. Unless Prijovic stays for three more seasons. I am already surprised he stayed this year.

Next game against Benfica on August 21 according to UEFA. No kickoff time yet.

Return on August 29. Also no kickoff time yet.

Better schedule than AEX who has to play the 22nd and 28th with MD 1 of SL in between.

It will be interesting to see how we go against Benfica.  Basel and Spartak are serious teams, but Benfica is one level above them.  At least on paper anyway.  No idea what their team is like currently.

It's interesting to note our team when we played them in 2014, and lost handily 0-1 in Toumba and 0-3 away in Portugal.

This was Huub's line for the game in Toumba.  Not sure why Lucas and Stoch were on the bench.

Going through the Benfica fan Forums, although some of their fans are very confidant and arrogant, there are a few who watched all our matches and have good things to say and consider us a harder matchup than Fener.

All games will start 22:00 EEST. That is the new kickoff time for the second matches of the day. First matches 19:55 EEST. And for CL and for EL.

I still remember some Russians that were predicting that Basel will easily knock us down and they would hope we could pass Basel, so Spartak can then smash us. Lino would not have made this squad; he was in his last year when we last faced Benfica, wasn't he?

Glykos, maybe. The team clearly hates him, but had he not gotten injured, who knows what might have happened.

Stoch - especially back then - is better than any of the wingers we have today.

I don't think Stock is better than the wingers we have. Warda and Jaba are much better in my opinion. Perhaps it is too soon to be comparing him to Jaba.

Looking at the Group stages right now...who the FVCK in Pot 1,2 or 3 would we not lose by 4 goals to?  I can't see AEK pulling off a single point in the group stages.  I'd like to see AEK paired up with Benfica to see how the do with them...

Trust me, every PAOK fan right now would like to see AEK paired up with Benfica.

As much as I love to see Greek clubs do well in Europe, sadly AEK will not make it out of the group stage. They will be drawn in the group of death like Olympiakos gotten last season.
