I never got the chance to open a topic about a Greek League match for Olympiakos..so here goes. This one is an exciting but tough match on hand. Olympiakos is in need of a victory to close in on there 34th Greek Championship. Iraklis is riding on a 10 game home-unbeaten streak, they have been on fire lately. Olympiakos would need a field a strong squad if they have any chance of beating them.

Great news for me is I'm heading to Thessaloniki to visit my friends, I'LL GET TO GO TO KAFTSAZOGLOU STADIUM TO SEE MY TEAM PLAY THIS SUNDAY!! :nw: :nw:

Olympiakos are not convincing, Iraklis are. Kofidis has transformed a team that did not start well at all, to the extend that they are now 4th in the tables. Solid, has Rivaldo, Djorjevich and so many others equalling Iraklis budget several times.

How would Kofidis do in a site of the budget of Olympiakos?

Where would the 2 teams be now, if Olympiakos was played by the refs as Iraklis and vice versa?

Is Olympiakos overestimated? With such a budget should they be by far more convincing and of better quality as a site?

On a different topic, the final four (cup) of water polo took place in the weekend in which Olympiakos claimed the trophy. The professional players of all teams but Olympiakos, boycotted the event (strike), as a result of which they played the games with their second or third teams (non-professional players). My thoughts are:

Who goes on strike? someone who is claiming against a set economic, political, employment situation "katestimeno".

Who doesn't? someone who is either served or serves this "katestimeno". Or even one who struggles to make a living! Which of the above categories do Olympiakos players belong to?

Secondly, from a moral point of view, its correct to side with your colleagues when they decide to take such an action,for various reasons, not the least not to be seen as "apergospastis". Talking about "spastes" the olympiakos fans for the second consecutive year intimidated the opposition including the players of Ethnikos, the other finalist, kai ta espasan ola- gialia karfia. :nono: :nono:

if they were about the Atromitos highlights------watch the highlights man..theres no question doubt or any possibility of doubt for atromitos equalizer to be cancelled. Watch the linesman too....as for 2004....there was maybe 1-2 "controversial" calls that entire season try to pin on us for winning the league....its pretty f***** sad. and you try to say all the pao fans making comments about refereeing is bullshit you go and do the same thing.......anyways
