P.S we need atleast one new defender if not two..... by some way if u get in the C.L 16. u will do so with 6-7 points and what awaits u..lyon. liverpoool. And we are lucky we didn't lose by fifteen goals. I am sorry but melazani has no direction with this team and he has had enough time to work out a formation that can play as a team on the filed. How long does melazani need to sort this team out. No prevoius squad of the late 80's would have coped this result in the past. Instead of giving PAO's place to Xanthi as you say Green, Tzigger should try and take Mazourakis from Xanthi. He is the best Greek coach right now and his style suits PAO and our new young players. Our teams got flogged simera and yesterday because the protathlima is weak. We have no competition. We have 3 teams, 2 also rans and the rest a bunch of spastics. The fifth goal was absolutely sublime. Apparently Gaolvic made some good saves in between and apart from his positioning on the first goal was not to blame for the other goals. It has been a bad week for Greek soccer. Both traditional powerhouses of Greek soccer have literally been torn apart by French and Spanish opponents. You cannot stay with 10 behind the mid because they will bombard you. The attacking, pressing tactics were reasonable. Nothing worked, except Galinovic... PAO did NOT expect any points from this game. We just wanted to save face, at best. Would you rather lose badly after a draw, or lose at home and concede goals in the final minutes away? PAO has shown what kind of contender they are when AEK disposed of you guys in six minutes time, so I think that a mid-table prediction for PAO is just about right. I do not have anything good to say to people that think Gavroi supporters are "m alakes" like Trifilara and some of the other Panathinaikoi have stated in the Olympiakos-Lyon forum. We have not used any excuses for our loses yet many of you that seem to know nothing about soccer keep saying we use excuses. I am the biggest critic of OSFP, and the only one that is to blame for our European showing year after year is Kokkali, who has proved once and for all that along with Louvari, do not know football at all. We need world class signings and not Rivaldo's that are way past their prime. Time to get this team some fresh, exciting players that can hopefully gel with the Toures, Kafedes of this team, and those who really deserve to where the read and white. Hopefully Toure stays, but this is a big hope since Man United is vying to bring him to Old Trafford. We don't need the Rivaldo and Dani's that only make our team the laughing stock of European football. What we do need is the Toures, Kafedes, Babangidas, and even Boulut (who is a very good left-back) that can make this team a contender on the European stage. And to do this Kokkali must learn he has to spend big $$$$$$$ like other European big-wigs to make a "European Olympiakos." Out with Georgatos, Anatolaki, Djordevics, Kostoulides of this team, who have prolonged their stay at the Limani for too long. Time to give Sollied players that he can build an exciting Olympiakos with, and this is all up to Kokkali, so my message is that he wakes up and stop this b ullshit because as an OSFP supporter I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown as I watch this team compete in Europe. And one point is,,,our midfield is the slowest midfield in europe. gonzo, flavio,,,wooter,,,,,,seric, are katsikia. They are so slow in their kinisis that the ball does not go up front to our strikers fast. And another thing when a player like salpigdis in the local game gets behind our back 4 5 times in the derby and almost scores tet a tet,,to me it says our defense is not good wnough for champions league. Like mtl gavros says 3 goals in wisla 5 in barca,4 in udine thats F***en 12 goals in 3 games. Sorry this is not the panathinaikos i remember to play away from home. If male is trying to play more atttacking soccer hes got it all wrong, these players cannot play 343,,,,and when we tried 343 we got pumped. panathinaikos does not have a vasiko kormo currently in our squad. One game torghelle play,,,the next papa,the next mantzio,,,the next olisadebe . Wtfs the go with that. HEs gotta stick to 6,7 starters every game and make changes when players get tired. Not chopping and changing every game.
