Makynia Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 (edited) I agree andreas and I believe Skibbe is doing the right thing by going back to three central defenders thus freeing up Toro and Holebas to do their thing on the wings. This was the system Rehagel used and worked for us for many years. A lot of posters and fans of the Ethniki wanted to see a more offensive brand of soccer instead of what the experts called ugly soccer. In any case we tried and we saw the results. "Don't fix something that ain't broke" Now back to our tried and tested formula against the much hated Turks. We desperately need a win to build confidence going forward. I believe the boys can do this. Pame Elladara!!! On another note I am so happy Bosnia didn't get in. I remember how they thought they were the next coming of Germany when they beat us out in World Cup qualifications. Kala na pathoun. Won't be able to stand watching Albania and Turkey at the Euro and not us. Ti na kanis. We'll spend the summer shining our trophy lol. Makynia out! Edited November 17, 2015 by Makynia
ausgreek Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Hellas 2-1 over gobble gobble. Pirlo/Tzioli to be a surprising starter for this one and set up both goals. Like to see Tzanetopoulos in the squad ahead of KPaps. if Luxenbourg were to play Faroe Islands, I would go Lux 5-4.
pash Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Three defenders? Two of them are complete s%$#!. Can't agree with a 3-man backline when only Sokratis a] wants to play and b] can play well.
georgelaz Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 logically to form we should lose. technically we have just a good a team as them if we play the right players. hopefully we slide a victory.
georgelaz Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Training in Constantinople everyone looks engaged in training. that's a good sign.

georgelaz Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 http://www.goal.com/en/news/2994/betting/2015/11/17/17404502/betting-preview-turkey-v-greece The Greeks make the short trip to Istanbul in woeful form. With their opponents playing well and full of confidence, the smart money should be on a home win
Omonoia9 Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Can't do the lineups the way I usually do it. Here's the best I could find.
Nikitas Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 (edited) links works , thx. Edited November 17, 2015 by Nikitas
Antaeus7 Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 (edited) If Greece keep Turkey at bay for the first 30 minutes, we will be fine Edited November 17, 2015 by Molon Lave
Blackhawk Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Game is not on ERT? No, the Turks were asking for more money than previously agreed apparently.
Antaeus7 Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Get Tziolis outta here! He is f***ing slow!
PAOKSWEDEN Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 The defense is working out well. The attack though seems a little bit static but I'm just glad we haven't conceded any goal

pash Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 This earlier link has no commentary, I much prefer these types of streams: http://www.stream2watch.co/sports/soccer/turkey-vs-greece-live-stream-november-17
Nikod Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Are the fullbacks providing any width? Always been a problem with this formation under Otto. Three defenders and three dms is too much defense when your wing play also comes from natural defenders. Leaves the AM and forward with no chance in hell
J1078 Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 the stream asks me to log in and put cc info, I can't catch the game
pash Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 I saw about a half dozen other streams on bianconero as well.
pash Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Are there any teams in Greece - any at all - that play like this? Even the minnows are looking to take advantage of a break.
Brklyngrk Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 if you got to sports24.gr, they have a live stream
