Nea Bafra Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Watched the Ecuador game and Noboa looked great unfortunately
Bajewy Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Ethnikos is talking about the preseason friendly. That was the match that was supposed to be against Twente, but since they are no more, we'll be playing anderlecht.
pash Posted June 13, 2016 Author Posted June 13, 2016 Don't we also have a friendly Shakhtar scheduled? This is actually really good; having friendlies at the caliber of (or, rather, the actual) teams we'll face in the 3rd qualifying round is a great idea.

Yeah, will be interesting to see how we perform against them. Both of them have Cl quality.
pash Posted June 20, 2016 Author Posted June 20, 2016 Mak starting vs England. Currently scoreless in the 26th minute. Russia is down 0-2 vs Wales, which is a great result for Slovakia.
pash Posted June 23, 2016 Author Posted June 23, 2016 Good to see. Every pass, assist, and goal will net us more cash. Got to play. 1
pash Posted June 26, 2016 Author Posted June 26, 2016 Slovakia lost 3-0, unsurprisingly. Germany's definitely approved. Mak (and Stoch) both sat on the bench the whole match.
Pontos Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 Mak was in doubt to make the bench in the lead up to Te game with a slight injury. Had he been 100% I believe he would've started
Dutch Eagle Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 He was never going to play. Hamstring problems from the game against England.
Blackhawk Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 I think it's pretty much certain that the big transfer for Mak will not be happening after the average EURO for him. Same goes for Kace.
Bananas Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 (edited) I think it's pretty much certain that the big transfer for Mak will not be happening after the average EURO for him. Same goes for Kace. You are a harsh marker! I thought Mak did all right. He didn't set the tournament on fire but I thought he was quite solid. I won't be upset if we don't sell him. Edited June 28, 2016 by Bananas
Akritis_1944 Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 Surely scouts don't judge a player based on a solitary tournament but over the course of a season (or 2). Mak and Kace have their suitors and they'll attract what they're worth.
pash Posted June 28, 2016 Author Posted June 28, 2016 I won't be upset if we don't sell him. I, meanwhile, would be ecstatic if we could KEEP him. 1
BostonThanatos Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 According to reports, Mak and Kace won't join the team in practice seesions until 7/19 and won't take part in the first CL match.
italosPAOK4 Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 According to reports, Mak and Kace won't join the team in practice seesions until 7/19 and won't take part in the first CL match. probably and logically there is already secret deal where to sell them 1
Bananas Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 (edited) probably and logically there is already secret deal where to sell them I thought that report was unusual. But what you say makes sense, presuming of course that the reports have any truth to them. Edited June 30, 2016 by Bananas
Blackhawk Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 I really doubt that there are any offers for Kace. There might be for Mak, but probably not for the money that PAOK wants to sell him for. My prediction is that Kace will stay with us and Mak will be sold sometimes in August.
pash Posted June 30, 2016 Author Posted June 30, 2016 I figured that if we did sell him, we'd try to do what we did with Lucas and keep him until qualification (one way or another). Of course, if any potential buyers are also in European competition, this would bode poorly for his availability to us.
pash Posted August 22, 2016 Author Posted August 22, 2016 Glykos, Tzavellas, and Tziolis have been called up to the NT Staf too -edit- additional call-ups below: Varela + Rodrigues called up for Cape Verde (playing Libya), Cimirot called up for Bosnia (vs Estonia) I'm very glad to hear Cimirot was called up. Their midfield is stacked, says a lot that they'd bring him back in.
