These guys shouldn't be too much trouble...would not be surprised if Ivic has a somewhat conservative rotation. Maybe Kitsiou in for Matos, Pelkas in for Rodrigues, play one of Koulouris or Pereyra as CF...with the rest unchanged? I'm wondering how much longer until Rodrigues/Matos start showing fatigue.

Whilst we have a big squad in theory, it is clear who the main 1st team players are and who the squad/Fringe players are. A good coach will always know his best 11 and who to bring in based on requirements. Rotation for rotations sake is a recipe for disaster. The team needs cohesion and this can only be achieved by players playing together regularly. I am all for tweaking game to game,  which is what Ivic seems to be doing btw, rather than wholesale changes,  which is what Huub Stevens did and stuffed us. Save that for cup games against village teams.

No Charisis, no Mystakidis, no Pereyra.

Leovac returns after his suspension.

The squad Ivic has chosen for the Xanthi-game:

Γλύκος, Μπρκιτς, Λέοβατς, Μάτος, Κίτσιου, Τζαβέλλας, Βαρέλα, Κρέσπο, Κάνιας, Σάκχοφ, Τσίμιροτ, Μπίσεσβαρ, Τιάμ, Πέλκας, Κάμπος, Ροντρίγκες, Αθανασιάδης, Κουλούρης.

Are those injuries, or just his rotation?

I still think he's going to end up conservative. The back line chooses itself. I have a feeling he's going to consider Pelkas an EL starter and we'll see Biseswar in there as the #10.

                  --Glykos--

--Matos--Varela--Tzavellas--Leovac--

   --Canas--Biseswar--Shakhov--

  --Campos--Klaus--Rodrigues--

I wonder at what point Thiam will get a start?

Panionios drops out of title race with a loss at home and ao dropped points a must win for us lets us keep going till aek drop points. Then we wait for the epo sponsored gayros.

If we are good we fear no one.

All three of those guys are better than the ones who play ahead of them...Shakhov, Campos, and Klaus.

Matter of opinion... Ivic has everyone available and they're outside the 18, so it's clear what his opinion is... I happen to agree with him

Sounds like Pelkas might come on at halftime, for Biseswar. Probably a good move, our only visible attacker has been Rodrigues. I would be surprised if Koulouris stays on for much longer as well.

Campos needs to sit out a few games. Can't keep rewarding this invisibility.

-edit- now it sounds like Shakhov instead of Pelkas, still in the ACM role
