Akritis_1944 Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Last season was the biggest false start. They seem to have a plan with Arnesen as TD. They install an untried young coach in Tudor then begin signing a mixed bunch of players from the fringe leagues and clubs of Europe. Jairo, Sabo, Rodriguez, Olsen, Cimirot and Berbatov. Some are complete fails and this process is being repeated again. Hope those in charge have some sort of clue.
pash Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Not only is Biseswar at the office, he was walking around Toumba as well.
pash Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Golasa's gone - the club's statement doesn't mention that he was sold, rather that the contract was terminated. A shame we didn't get a few Euros out of this. http://inpaok.com/310520
Pontos Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Did Ivan tell him in his Eastern European accent, 'You are terminated.' ?
Dutch Eagle Posted June 30, 2016 Author Posted June 30, 2016 And we are interested in Croatian defensive midfielder Ivan Mocinic from Rijeka. He is 23. As Rijeka turned down an offer from Rapid Vienna of 1.5 mio I don't think it will be a serious option. Or has the other Ivan some spare money in his kolotsepi?
pash Posted July 1, 2016 Posted July 1, 2016 So our new boy's a bit of a tubby. Hopefully they put him on a diet of jogging, running, and then some more jogging. After Berbatov and Tziolis, I'm allergic to slow players. http://www.sdna.gr/podosfairo/superleague/article/217965/me-ton-mpisesvar-o-paok-vrike-enan-neo-igeti
Dutch Eagle Posted July 1, 2016 Author Posted July 1, 2016 He used to be pretty quick when he was at Feyenoord. At the vids on all the Greek sportsites it looks like he has not lost any speed.

We are offering 2 mio.
pash Posted July 1, 2016 Posted July 1, 2016 For that price, I'm assuming he's even more highly rated than Cimirot?
Bananas Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 I read somewhere a few days ago the fee was around 600K or so. But it wasn't confirmed at that point and they were still negotiating. 1
PAOKSYD Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 bild talking about veirinhia, so now popopo the greek northern sites and papers going nuts, i just want this to either happen or not very quickly, we are buildign very well the last thing we need is a transfer saga that we wont win.
BostonThanatos Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 (edited) In regards to Vieirinha, Georgie Savvidis said this in Instagram yesterday: georgiss.s@io.sa4 I'm very bored with this theme, personally I want him in PAOK , but I'm tired him playing with the fans . Enough. If he wanted to come to PAOK, he wouldn't say to Lubos, I wanna play in England ... That's all from me. I'm really Tired. When mr Vieirinha is ready we are very happy to bring him. Until now, only talks .thats all from me. Which was in reply to this: io.sa4@georgiss.s pls tell us about the new press storys Vieirinha - paok ?#onlypaok Edited July 2, 2016 by BostonThanatos 1
Akritis_1944 Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 Young Savvidis played that very well. Respect. Vierinha sounds like he's an opportunist and is definitely playing the PAOK fans. As a follower of Greek football I want all the clubs to be strong in Europe and for the league to be close. Vierinha will make PAOK better but if he's not serious then xeston.
Pontos Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 Hmm. I think it may be a bit of both, the media without doubt are always the first to ask him about returning to PAOK to which he's always answered, 'one day.'
pash Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 So apparently Mak hasn't been able to find a club willing to pay him a million. My guess is we're also not willing to do that, but if we were to offer him something like...750k, perhaps he'd make a quicker decision. inPAOK seems to think that he'll re-sign this summer with us if he's unsuccessful. I VERY MUCH hope that we keep him. 1
RED SHERIFF Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 PAOK need him.. he is your only quality player who can be a match winner
Bananas Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 PAOK need him.. he is your only quality player who can be a match winner I'd add Rodrigues to that list. 1
pash Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 Razvan Rat is apparently IN THESSALONIKI. Sounds like a return really is in the cards.
Dutch Eagle Posted July 4, 2016 Author Posted July 4, 2016 Can't see it happen. He is just for his holidays in Chalkidiki. 1
