drakos13
mega signing by Panionios. PAO was linked to him too even... Well that going to be quite exciting in N Smyrni. Anything that can keep that club growing will be good for football in Greece I feel. Panionios are basically 4th biggest team in Athens-area. Well done, cant wait to see him in action !

Euro2004
This is a big symbolic signing, but in reality he isnt that good anymore.
Cerigo
Bravo. Fantastic signing. Recoba still has a lot to offer. I disagree that he is not that good anymore. He will more than hold his own in the Greek league. This year it will definitely not be a three hores race for the title.
The2ndMouse
Its also good to have a Coach with world wide recognition as Linner, stuck at your team for 3 years ... no matter the teams caliber, it can lure great players given the right conditions Good for Panionios and Greek football to have players like him in.. Well done

drakos13
Estoyanoff!??!?! :o That would be another major signing...How could Panionios pull that off? Id expect PAO or OSFP to not even have a great chance of signing him wasnt he a big time prospect???
evalagoal
I'm very happy to hear these types on players to come into our League. THIS IS WHAT WE NEED in order to make the protathlima that much more competitive week in week out. BRAVO to Panionions and good luck
Paoktsis
BRAVO ton Panionio. Although Recoba is over the hill, Estoyanof is not. Panionio are at least showing the will to compete with the big boys, by these signings.

Out of curiousity, is that Recoba's or Estoyanoff's nickname, and what does it mean? Its Recoba's nickname and it means "the chinaman" beause of his looks (you know ... the thin eyes that resemble those of a person from China)
ukchris
Amazing. Hope he's still got a couple of good years in him (both in terms of fitness and motivation). I'm actually in Greece for our next two home games, so now even more excited about those than I was before...
Paoktsis
I hope so too. The more teams that can contend for the league title the better the league.
