    one would assume there is far more money to be made by EPO via 'corrupt manages' by capping and playing and 'marketing' younger talents... If I was in that 'game'.....I would rather try this game with EPO using Fetfa, Diamantakos, Fortounis, Kolovos,Lagos,Bouchalakis etc..instead of Vyntra,Kats, Gekas... there's is a lot more $$$$$ to be made with young raw talent playing in a WC than 35 yo hacks that every club manager has seen for 15 years..

    It does not make sense the EPO would be complicate in selecting a sub par team so a bunch of filarakia are happy? the only way EPO makes big $$$$ is by winning matches and by qualifying for WC and Euro...the prize money, ongoing sponsorship is enormous... if EPO is corrupt as people say they are then getting their hands on the mega bucks is very appealing...so why pick poor teams?

    it is beyond ridiculous for anyone to assume PAO would not want to play in Europa League group stages to concentrate on GSL .. If PAO's squad is 'too thin' to play 6 mid week games between September and Christmas, then the squad is 'too thin ' to win the GSL..

    those goals remind me of u11s soccer...when the only kid on the park that knows how to dribble and run is chased by the fat slow defenders.. he (nor any other GSL player) will score too many goals like that in the GSL this year

    a greek likes a good conspiracy... no one has been able to explain rationally why EPO would want a 34 yo Vyntra a 35yo Kats in the squad? It's OK in greek way to throw these conspiracies out there yet there needs to be reason and a benefit to someone.

    off topic... I noticed that UCL this season has been advertised on beIN sport...does that mean that ESPN HD won't show it? it will decrease 'watch-ability' by 50%

    I think TV coverage comparison....is unfair as we don't live in GREECE...Therefore we do not get the proper HD coverage and variety of GSL programs that Greeks get...we get a poor stream via Antenna...absolutely unwatchable at times...Gate Antenna and Derby are garbage.....But I have seen some better standard and quality soccer programs on Satellite TV....It makes the whole experience enjoyable... Also regarding stadia and pitches...these are also handpicked..it would be like GSL only being played at Karaiskaki, Leoforo, Harilaou, AEL Arena. OAKA, Toumba, Patra, Volos, Iraklio

    The ALeague is probably bottom half of Scottish League level...and we see how well Scottish teams do in Europe? To put things into perspective . Not just the Burns example.....there's also Barbarouses killing it too... AND........Melb City just signed Bruno Fornaroli.....in my opinion the worst player I have seen at PAO....This guy was beyond poor..

    In theory this sounds good... however I have reservations about unknown players who are not kids...22-23 established ages for professionals coming from low caliber leagues ...Does Arnesen and...Tudor really understand the expectations of PAOK and the GSL? I do like Tudor's approach and he is hungry and passionate

    their first 11 needs to rely heavily on Kace, Tziolis, Skondras, Klaus, Mak, Malezas, Vitor, Costa.... these guys are borderline average at best....Klaus and Mak can be very good on their day...

    In my honest and humble opinion PAOK has assembled a team that is more akin to Xanthi or Panetolikos with these signings.. Sabo,Jairo, Cimirot, Antonis, Rodriguez, Pelkas(back from loan spell)

    thanks.... are you guys happy with these guys? Sabo? Leovac? Jairo? just looking where they played they sound more like Xanthi or PAS quality? - not being rude just an observation?

    K.pap,Manolas,Sokratis have the CD positions tied down for the next 5-10 years... Add to it Oikonomou, Siovas...there is not much hope for these guys unless they make a massive move to a big league and overtake the above mentioned.

    No doubt MVFC have plenty of wogs from the outer North/West supporting them...these guys are far more dangerous in this generation than the little greek kids were in the 1980s...society is far more dangerous and drug fueled violence is common in society.. a lot of these guys would have arseholes for parents....so there are very little morals in this sub set of dickheads. WSW are just Arab and blockhead thugs.
