thrylos Posted February 21, 2006 Share Posted February 21, 2006 First off this is wishfull thinking on my part and I know it is a longshot Ronaldo stated recently that he has never felt welcomed at Real Madrid by the fans and management. He stated that he might consider leaving. Seeing as the Champions League Final next year is in Greece, and that mostly everyone agrees that they would like to see Rivaldo come back for another year, I thought it would be nice to reunite these two world class player (eventhough they are nearing the end of their careers) and let Olympiakos try and make it to the final. Ronaldo would be that deadly striker that other teams would fear and he has a history of producing (he leads Real this year). I know the most pressing need is defence, but this would be a great acquasition. Thoughts? Who would you like to see Olympiakos make an effort to try and acquire and the reasons why? Who would you like to see Olympiakos make an effort to try and acquire and the reasons why? listen all of us at Olympiakos are in heaven right now but lets be realistic for starters we would need to get him free like we did with Rivaldo and i doubt that he would come to Olympiakos not now anywayz lol i think if i am correct he still 28 i could see him going bak to Italia plus he is injury prone he has a lot of nagging injuries which force him to miss quite a few games i mean if we are to get him it might cost the club getting 3 other players cause of the wage demand he possess off course he makes that up with the shirts he will sell but the club ain't getting him when Ribbo came to Olympiakos he was hungry he hadn't play soccer for the better part of 2 years and he was trying and still trying to get onto the Brazlian NT Ronaldo to me doesn't have that hunger and he would be designated to the mercernary side of things Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The Portuguese league is no better than the Greek league.
