Courtesy of sportime Vlachodimos bakakis k paps tzavellas giannoulis zeca bouchalakis fortunis bakasetas tzolis pavlidis Why bakasetas it’s an automatic starter is just super Annoying I know he scored against Spain but he offers nothing going forward he is slow with the ball and has no creativity I would have put fortounis there instead which is his natural position and masouras on the right with tsimikas replacing bakakis. Our two best backs should be playing at all times regardless if one is out of position it’s a waste to keep one on the bench we’re not a Germany or Brazil to have such great talent sitting and not playing. As for fw I guess pavlidis got the start bcs of his two goals against Honduras but giakoumakis too me is the best fw we have had since mitroglou as is perfect for this formation. The lineup could be better JVS has a lot of trust in Bakasetas as one of the main leaders on the team as he said in the pre game interview. I would just like to see him come in as sub to hold a result. It doesn’t look like he will stop including him in the starting 11 going forward. Pavlidis got the start because he found the net twice & Giakoumakis did not vs Honduras. I hope Pavlidis can take his chances today. Giakoumakis should see the field at some point today. Greece need the full 3 points and let’s hope JVS plan will get us a win. PA ME ELLADA! 1

FrappeFetish Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 Im just happy not to see Mantalos or Limnios in there. Perhaps Masouras and Giako will sub in together late and pair up for the go-ahead goal.

Brklyngrk Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 Does anyone else notice Papadopoulos is the one that is making the forward passes. 1
Brklyngrk Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 Fortounis offers more skill out there, so evident.
J1078 Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 It’s not even close, Fortounis is miles ahead. We need to go to into the 2nd half with the lead.
Brklyngrk Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 That was close - they almost had a one v one. Their guy was through...
Brklyngrk Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 How about their player making three different players of ours miss slide tackles.
J1078 Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 They look more dangerous then us right now.. we seem to be lacking any flow and energy..
