pash Posted August 19, 2019 Author Posted August 19, 2019 They need to not give him the time of day (but it makes sense to let him train, as it will only make it easier to sell him). Right now, there is no room for him. If what you're getting at is that they might keep him, they'd basically need to sell another Brazilian (Jaba?). But...man, he's had way too many chances already.
Blackhawk Posted August 19, 2019 Posted August 19, 2019 Exactly. He should be happy that he is not behind bars for sexual advances against minors. The sooner we can unload him, the better. Let somebody else deal with his problems. I believe after the Slovan games there will be some transfer movements, including sales/loans of PAOK players and I think Warda will be one of them.
Soprano76 Posted August 20, 2019 Posted August 20, 2019 What's going on with Lambrou? Strange the team isn't keeping him around. He is definitely adequate to play against almost all of the Super League teams (except Oly, AEK, maybe Aris)
Athens4 Posted August 20, 2019 Posted August 20, 2019 I would say he is good enough to play against anyone.
pash Posted August 20, 2019 Author Posted August 20, 2019 ^ 100% correct Lamprou has the potential to be outstanding. Ferreira/Branco are just doing what all new administrations do. Cut and replace as many players as possible so the team can be shaped to their preferences. If he hadn't signed the new contract as early as he did, he would already be gone.
Blackhawk Posted August 20, 2019 Posted August 20, 2019 Apparently we will loan Melissas to NFC Volos as well.
Athens4 Posted August 20, 2019 Posted August 20, 2019 Absolutely ridiculous. This should not be allowed.
pash Posted August 21, 2019 Author Posted August 21, 2019 On Warda: Quite a few options from France, it seems. https://inpaok.com/588158/gallika-senaria-gia-ouarnta/ Probably all BS but anything that gets him out with a few bucks in our pockets is good.
Blackhawk Posted August 26, 2019 Posted August 26, 2019 Looks like Moulen is ready to be loaned to Xanthi.
Blackhawk Posted August 30, 2019 Posted August 30, 2019 Warda is close to being loaned to Larisa. There should be some major battles between him and Kougias. Moulen is heading to Xanthi. Looks like Kace might survive and stay with us thanks to the inujuries to El Kaddouri and Augusto.
pash Posted August 30, 2019 Author Posted August 30, 2019 At least he's cheap. But the moment Wernbloom is judged up to snuff, he's gonna ride that bench HARD. So Warda going to Larisa means we're abandoning any hope of making cash off him right? Since his contract is up after this season anyway
Blackhawk Posted August 30, 2019 Posted August 30, 2019 It will be extended by one year, and if he behaves at Larisa (highly doubt it) we might be able to find a sucker to give us money for him. Right now nobody wants to touch him. Actually it's Warda that wants to do all kinds of (improper) touching. 1
Blackhawk Posted August 30, 2019 Posted August 30, 2019 Warda and Moulen loans have been officially announced by PAE PAOK.
Blackhawk Posted August 31, 2019 Posted August 31, 2019 Looks like Larisa became the Atromitos of past seasons.
Nilaul Posted September 1, 2019 Posted September 1, 2019 We're not winning this league with our set of players.

pash Posted September 1, 2019 Author Posted September 1, 2019 The team is fine, the tactics just need to be improved. Looking forward to the return of Mauricio though.

Olympiacos is deffineltety not the same, there seemingly better and they just acquired a few extra signings which we don't know how they will impact the team. Paok on the other hand is shaky, our defence has seemingly fallen asleep in the past few games, which seems to randomly fall asleep, and conceives a easy goal on the counter. Paok has been going on a shoot out vs its opponents, and its not the way to go. Think we still need one or two players. There was a reason why Paok was planning signings before the Ajax games, but decided to wait till after. I hope this doesn't mean we get no new additions.

Mate, you just compared one teams squad to another team's tactics.... We still have the best squad in Greece on paper. Just not the best coach!

The kid, a Serbian youth international, entered our youth academies in 2013 and played last year on loan at Doxa Gratinis. Probably he wasn’t succesfull. He is now going to Larisa: https://www.metrosport.gr/apo-tis-akadimies-toy-paok-sti-nyremvergi-kai-meta-sti-larisa-274229 Don't think we will get some extra money......
