BostonThanatos Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 He was underused in my opinion.....like you said, it was at a weird time.
Blackhawk Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 I agree that he was just an average player.
BostonThanatos Posted September 7, 2018 Posted September 7, 2018 Klaus just signed with PAS Giannina Good for him, hopefully he can find his old self and rebuild his career.
pash Posted September 7, 2018 Author Posted September 7, 2018 Good luck to him. Hopefully he and Mistakidis get their mojo back together
BostonThanatos Posted September 7, 2018 Posted September 7, 2018 They're paying him in cartons of MArlboro and Freddo Espressos 1
Yiankos Posted September 8, 2018 Posted September 8, 2018 Nah, he needs something stronger than that... Seriously, I would be glad to see him scoring goals again. I doubt it will happen, but it would be awesome if he scores especially against our rivals. He might not be here to help the team win anything, but hopefully he can help us as a PAS Giannena player.
Athens4 Posted September 10, 2018 Posted September 10, 2018 I believe it is just a 2 hour drive from Markiz.
Athens4 Posted September 12, 2018 Posted September 12, 2018 It was a tough year for them while he was away in Israel but I think they survived.
Dutch Eagle Posted September 14, 2018 Posted September 14, 2018 Don’t know how this could be possible with the global transferwindow but Sabo left Beitar Jerusalem to sign a three year contract at Hapoel Be’er Sheva. He will be teammate of Miguel Vitor again.
Dutch Eagle Posted September 21, 2018 Posted September 21, 2018 Robert Mak scored the sole goal for Zenit in MD 1 GS EL against Copenhagen. After his 0-1 the game ended in 1-1 thank s to the equalizer of Cypriot player Pieros Sotiriou.
BostonThanatos Posted September 22, 2018 Posted September 22, 2018 I wonder if Klaus gets the start today against Aris...
BostonThanatos Posted September 22, 2018 Posted September 22, 2018 (edited) No Klaus in the lineup...but Pash's boy toy is in there. EDIT: Klaus coming on in the 75th minute... Edited September 22, 2018 by BostonThanatos
pash Posted September 22, 2018 Author Posted September 22, 2018 I think GM has started each of their games apart from the opener. Good to see that he's finally getting time. They ended up beating Aris 1-0 (through an own goal). Good to see that neither team will be a threat to us.
BostonThanatos Posted September 22, 2018 Posted September 22, 2018 Mystakidis is playing pretty well, but is showing that he doesn't have the quality to fight for a spot on PAOK right now, or in the near future.
Athens4 Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 I don't understand what happened to Mystakidis. I honestly think he is good enough for the bench at PAOK.
BostonThanatos Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 Not with Warda Biseswar Jaba Limnios El Kaddouri and Henrique there...he isnt better than any of them.
Nea Bafra Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 (edited) Took myself to watch former player John Anastasiadis' team Bentleigh Greens play against my home town club Heidelberg United in a cross town greek derby. Bentleigh play some nice football and won the quarter final match to go into the semi finals of the FFA cup. His teams have consistently performed well over a number of years and tbh he deserves a chance coaching an A-league based on track record. Edited September 27, 2018 by Nea Bafra

True but I can’t see him getting a gig at an A-League club even though he probably deserves it. His name is a bit too woggy if you know what I mean. His best chance would be to get a gig as an assistant and go from there. How is the Olympic Village ? Haven’t been there in ... probably 7 years now. Never liked that ground. I always preferred Olympic Park. Yep, showing my age.

The village looks okay with plans to redevelop [in a much more achievable manner than toumba] although this game was played at bentleigh greens home ground. with about 5k in attendance on a cold wednesday night. pputs some of the superleague crowds to shame
Bananas Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 5 thousand ?! The cyprians would’ve made a killing on gyros ha ha. Good to see crowds like that though.
