Well, time to resurrect this once-dead topic. The plans for the new Votanikos stadium were approved by the Athens mayor, Bakogiannis, and the amateur council of Panathinaikos. My understanding is that they will break ground soon. After around 20 years of discussion, it seems like the plan is finally going to go through.

Greece is in a good spot, so Oly not making Champions League this year may have been a blessing in disguise. Cyprus loses a lot of points after this year and so does Ukraine actually so we will have one team fall off the radar and another we could realistically come close to.
