Tzatziki Posted November 6, 2018 Author Posted November 6, 2018 We as fans always felt the same way back in 2003-4 during planning and construction, 33k seemed small to us from the start. However having a significantly larger stadium on the current site is was not feasible from what I remember. Something having to do with the geological make up of the ground under the stadium and its ability to support a larger stadium in a way that would be safe or structurally sound.
