Us having played today instead of Wednesday/Thursday will mean we're all the more rested for this, as well. Atromitos and AEK have harder games, hopefully there's a draw or two in their futures.

Olympiakos is on a run now and I don't see them dropping many points like they did earlier in the season. We need to then beat them in Toumba and then after that ... we'll see.

Denis Epstein, Mathieu Gomes, Kostakis Artymatas, Sotiris Balafas and Stefano’s Siontis are suspended a.k.a. they choose to sit out their suspension in this particular game. It is the deathblow of Greek football. All the small clubs choose to have all their players in the mutual games available. The games against the topclubs are considered to be lost anyway a.k.a. friendlies to get rid of those annoying suspensions. Only the first games of the season and the last as they have nothing to choose when to sit out are games at full strength.

pash Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 Doesn't matter. Kerkyra is awful...and prijovic will be waiting on the bench in case he is actually needed. I just wish lucescu would make these kinds of choices in favor of players like poungouras more often

Actually worth of a starting 11 spot whereas last year it was just the odd rotation role, and deservedly so. Hopefully he keeps this up and doesn't let it get to his head and stop progressing.
