I saw the game. t was one hell of a game. Not as far as any exceptional display of football, but a game full of energy and passion. Something that PAOK game misses.

I'm going to ignore the so-called "Super League" for now and share this. Definitely going to need to dig up some clarification on some things - not sure how these numbers make sense if there is no group stage.

Clubs play at random (?) 10 games. Then there is a table. 1-8 go to last 16. 9-24 play play-offs to join the other 8 clubs. Youth League had the same with the two paths.

Seems the mighty Aris is in trouble. Did we do this? Perhaps bribed some unscrupulous administrator?

They will just get a slap on the wrist. Probably a monetary fine even though Iraklis was relegated for forging signatures on official documents in the past.

The Code of Ethics judge at EPO recommends a 6 point deduction and monetary fine, but then again the same judge recommended a relegation for Olympiakos for match fixing and nothing came out of it.

Of course our friends at O Aris will blame Savvidis for this even though it's probably Panathinaikos that is behind this pushing the issue.

Larisa is the team that will be relegated from Superleague1 . Panaitolikos will play in the promotion/relegation playoffs against the 2nd place team from Superleague 2.

Speaking of Superleague 2, our "B" team is in first place with 2 games left in the playoffs. Levadeiakos is in 2nd place.

Ionikos is promoted to SL. Apparently with help of ref Fotias.

Our former B team finished second and will face Panetolikos in the relegation/promotion-battle.

Looks like the IFAB has decided to keep the 5-substitutions option until at least December of 2022. I like it.

Our "B" team did not qualify to SL1, so it looks like we will have two "B" teams in next year's SL2.

Been watching Scotland vs Czechia. That second goal was a real beauty, gotta say. Three minutes to go, not a bad game. Scotland looks more dynamic (and aggressive in the second half) but they can't do jack

The Czech team was a much better unit. Keeper was out on safari for that second goal, which is the best we have seen so far.

Iraklis is trying to get back in professional football in Greece. Attempt 4,839 if I'm correct. This time they try to do it via Nea Triglia (a club in Chalkidiki).

Didn't they literally merge with another team last fall? I just checked out their wiki page, though that may just be some neckbeard typing out his fantasies (it also hilariously says "due to the restructuring of the Greek national championships and its performance in conjunction to its financial state" they were relegated, as if it's only external factors that ruined them).

There appears to be a diplomatic incident developing in Piraeus. Greek customs refused the COVID test paperwork for Galatasaray squad that is coming to Greece for tomorrow's friendly with Olympiakos. The Turks are very mad and are trying to politicize the issue.

Καλημέρα αγαπητοί ΠΑΟΚτσήδες. Όσο κομπλεξικός και αν είναι κάποιος, αν στοιχειωδώς έχει μυαλό θα καταλάβει εύκολα ότι πρόκειται για απόφαση-σκάνδαλο. Στην περίπτωση του Ηρακλή, υπήρχε αποδεδειγμένη πλαστογραφία. Στην περίπτωση του Άρη ο ίδιος ο παίκτης (ο Λάσκοφ) εμφάνισε μάρτυρα (τον μάνατζερ του) που κατέθεσε ότι ο ίδιος έκανε την πλαστογραφία για προσωπικούς λόγους (για να πάρει άδεια παραμονής ο παίκτης) και παραδέχτηκε πως η ΠΑΕ ΑΡΗΣ δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη!! Όποιος καταλαβαίνει στοιχειωδώς πως λειτουργεί το παρασκήνιο και η παράγκα στο ελληνικό ποδόσφαιρο μπορεί εύκολα να συμπεράνει ότι ο Άρης άφησε έξω από την Ευρώπη μία ομάδα του ΠΟΚ και θα πρέπει να βρεθεί κάποιος τρόπος να μην ξανασυμβεί αυτό! Κι επειδή η διαφορά στη βαθμολογία Άρη-ΠΑΟ ήταν 7 βαθμοί, η απόφαση βγήκε μόλις επικυρώθηκε η βαθμολογία ώστε να ισχύει για τη νέα σεζόν...
