Rockafeller Skank
Guy had a karafla since he is 25. He really seems humble. When being the captain of the NT. All he said was we are the only ones to blame. But his appearance seems like one of a total ellhnara who would probably honk at every chick he saw on the street saying "POU PAS KOUKLARA MOU". Good player though , when he was at Oly at least, he literally could keep the whole Right Flank alone , both offensively and defensively.
Tzatziki
I met a few players in Peristeri after a game in the Valverde days, the friendliest were Toro R. Bravo and Djebbour, Riera was a huge Diva. Valverde was super nice too.

Rockafeller Skank
Noone sais we care how he looks. We are just pointing out the fact that his appearance makes him look a lot older. And that is added to teh fact that he lives in Italy. georgelaz
I think Torosidis looks great & not sleazy at all. Hair loss is also a sign of high testosterone. He's a lot higher quality then the next best RB our NT has to offer IMO. After World Cup perhaps using Sokratis there would be wise...
Nikitas
an article on the situation with torosidis. lets hope he can find a suitable club where he can play. http://www.sportdog.gr/apokleistika/article/344552/feygei-o-torosidis-apo-ti-roma-alla-poy-paei-lete
Argy
The best destination for him in terms of guaranteed minutes and big games in the CL is Olympiacos. In terms of cash, he may find a better paying suitor abroad. Edited June 27, 2016 by Argy
Tzatziki
The best destination for him in terms of guaranteed minutes and big games in the CL is Olympiacos. In terms of cash, he may find a better paying suitor abroad. If Omar is sold maybe, I think Omar is a bit better even if I think Toro is still a very capable player. Nikitas
some statements made by the agent of toro. he likes the epl and the serie a and there is interest in torosidis from both leagues. soon his agent will travel to london for some meetings. http://www.football-italia.net/86864/agent-torosidis-has-english-offers https://translate.google.nl/translate?sl=it&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=nl&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.forzaroma.info%2Fcalciomercato-as-roma%2Fmercato-ag-torosidis-vasilis-piace-in-serie-a-e-in-premier-league%2F&edit-text=&act=url Edited July 5, 2016 by Nikitas
georgelaz
his contract is until 2017 at Roma. I think he gets a lot of unnecessary flak on this forum. Yes his skills aren't as good as say when he was 25 but he's still the best we got at that position. Being a squad player at Roma ain't too shabby. Nikitas
played the first half today in a friendly against ac pinzolo. he assisted the 1-0 and scored the 7-0. roma won 16-0 and the first half ended in 9-0. https://translate.google.nl/translate?hl=nl&sl=it&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.insideroma.com%2Fnews%2Fla-squadra%2FLIVE-AC-Pinzolo-Campiglio-vs-AS-Roma-finisce-16-0-per-gli-uomini-di-spalletti-id.63198
Nikitas
scored in another friendly , this time in the usa. he scored a couple of goals and some assists in pre-season son far. i also read somewhere that he will stay this season. i dont think roma found a new right back so far also. https://translate.google.nl/translate?sl=it&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=nl&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.retesport.it%2Fnews%2F2016%2F07%2F28%2Fla-roma-batte-3-0-la-global-premier-gol-ricci-torosidis-ed-el-shaarawi%2F&edit-text=&act=url
Nikitas
^ i agree that he should stay in the serie a. last month his agent talked about interest from the epl and that he was gonna travel there for talks , who knows he ends up there. i dont know if the primera division will suit him. georgelaz
he should go to a lower tier serie a club or superleague udinese, olympiakos, hellas verona come to mind. also a position change to cdm might be appropriate because of fitness. he can't be running around up and down the pitch for 90 minutes like the engine he was 25 for olympiakos he's still very capable of brilliance, as we saw with assists to gervinho in europe. Nikitas
he turned down an offer by torino. looks like he wants to leave italy. as captain of the ethniki he should find a team asap. http://www.football-italia.net/89943/roma-torosidis-rejects-torino-castan

Tzatziki
Maybe he has been slacking in his fitness training or not taking the best care of his body diet or lifestyle wise. I don't think the issue is his age yet, he only just turned 31 in June, but maybe I'm wrong.
Tzatziki
Forget my above post, this is probably why he did not have such a great season last year: Torosidis suffered a lot of injuries during the season and he was forced to cut training after he has been diagnosed with a Grade I tear of the left calf muscle,[26] [27] eventually losing his place in the starting XI. from his wiki page
Tzatziki
I think he made a decent career for himself, probably has a couple good years left too. He has been Greece's top rb for I don't know how long, must be close to ten years. What would you have him do to be up to your expectations? Nikitas
not a good moment to be injured. he needs to get fit fast. he is being linked with bologna. https://translate.google.nl/translate?sl=it&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=nl&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tuttomercatoweb.com%2Fserie-a%2Fbologna-idea-torosidis-della-roma-se-parte-mbaye-867441&edit-text=&act=url
Tzatziki
Don't think he would move so far from home, he would rather play at a smaller Greek club, even at a lower division I feel than be 7-8000 km's away.
Tzatziki
Very true, but money spent on a rb would be a waste IMO.
Tzatziki
It would be wiser to splurge on a "Impact" striker or midfield maestro no? What do you think?
