Another point is, you guys blamed Ranieri for callin 50+ players, and yet now that we re a closed club again you re asking to open up. Even if we remove Tziolis and Maniatis, players you dont like, we ll have to include players that you didnt mention, simply because we re removing 6-8s and we ll add more attacking/offensive players? The only unworthy call ups under Skibbe so far were Tziolis and Maniatis, yet maniatis proved useful. If we also remove Bakasetas and Diamantakos, who after call ups have proven not to be up for it , at least not yet, and who are not taking so much playing time in their teams anymore, Pelkas is the only player from the ones you mentioned who has chances to be called (worthwise, not manager-wise).

I dont think calling Villafanez has anything to do with any of the Greek Players. He is just another option who is in form right now. Also Im pretty sure it has something to do with calling players for all big teams.

If you look at his career outside the box, he is the player who was bought to replace Handanovic. Playing for Udinese aint much, but replacing the gap Handanovic left AND STILL winning player of the year awards means something. Very solid at PAO too. 1-2 mistakes (not being good at penalties) and some non responces are everything about Karnezis conversations, and that's totally misleading.

Maybe add Lazaros Lamprou to that list. I know u ll start saying that "he couldn't even be a starter at Iraklis, the last GSL team, he probably ain't good". But I recently found out that the reason Lamprou was always starting after 60' is because a rule on his contract, that if he plays more than 30mins in each match he gets paid more. Now I know that Iraklis is not a hated team, at least for me, but after seeing this, I was wondering, then why the f*ck did u sign the player if u cant pay him?To destroy his career?

Can't wait for Kourbelis to mature a bit and have a midfield of Siopis - Kourbelis-Tachtsidis in a 3-5-2. After all, a man can dream right? In 2-3 years our current defenders will still be eligible , only missing a key player Torosidis, so if the players mentioned want it, we might actually end up better than expected.

love the fact that we re watching a game with 10 greek players. I know that apart from Ody Blachodimos, Mantalos and Kourbelis the rest greeks are mediocre and GSL level, but it's nice that teams remember in what country they are playing at.

A fast wingman who is all up for hunting the through balls and not just keeping it on his feet waiting for others to come up will upgrade the team's total playstyle. Even if he is as bad as Platellas and Aravidis, who can't even make it in the first X1 of this Aek. We are a strong defensive team. Such teams hit on the counter. We can't hit on the counter with only Fortounis and Mitroglou. Mantalos can't play wide. He is a good offensive player but that's about it. He deserves to be in the starters but he clearly can't play winger. If I was to choose anything to represent us as a winger Id go for Gianniotas on the Right and Pelkas on the Left. Fortounis on the Center and Mitroglou up front. Mantalos could actually work on an offensive scheme that we should try vs Gibraltar, like 3-2-2-3. That would be fun.

Successfull Captain at Bologna, team got relegated and had a very good season at Udinese. Then probably lost interest. That doesn't make him a bad player who deserves Serie B. Also the fact that these teams are "interested in Kone" doesn't link him with them. If no other offer comes then he ll have to choose. If Bari has hopes of promotion, I would definately go there.

Larissa has 10 points. 7 of these points come from teams that are play off contenders. Win against Oly. Win against Panionios. Draw with Panathinaikos. This team is probably not trying enough with low-tier teams, otherwise it would hit play offs. I really hope AEL and Iraklis, 2 teams worthy of being in the top fly, stay. Leo Matos , Leovac , Canas, Crespo , Shakhov, Pelkas, Rodriguez, Campos are all players who could easily play in a team hunting a championship. Tzavellas as well, and I think this time this whole hate looks like Tzavellas is being framed to make it look like he was the reason/one of the reasons the team wasnt doing well.Τhey are turning the whole attention of the fans from Savvidis and the whole Management problems Paok has had, to a single player with - not the best attitude. Best thing Tzavellas has to do/can do right now is stop his contract and go. Im pretty sure teams like Panathinaikos and AEK or even his ex team Panionios, all teams that are hunting a play off spot, would be interested in signing him.

CB is also about experience, expecting what the opponent is gonna try, and also learning to be as annoying as possible without the ref noticing. But I guess the 2nd part is taught at the academies.

problem is who do u call instead of Oikonomou? Young, in the NTe from the beginning of his career, in a good serie a team mostly starter. Diamantakos a striker good enough for Bundesliga 2, young enough to give room for development. Vellios also decent in Championship. Tziolis no reason. I hope Siopis and Zeca become valid mifield for the rest of this campaign, coz clearly the Samaris/Maniatis aint working. Otherwise just kick Maniatis i d be happy with that as well. I respect maniatis and i like him as a player. But he just cant anymore. He is unfit for matches. If he gets a signing at a decent team in January good, but otherwise we ve lost the midfield vs almost every team we ve played.

you dont lose points if u lose. u just dont get any. not all teams play friendlies. the only problem the belarus friendly cause is the mentality. if we had drawn/won it we would be unbeaten for 7 matches. also the speakers told thetruth. you cant just call your B team players like oikonomou,glykos,diamantakos and not have them play at all. its a disrespect torwards the players.

Why could we not get a draw from Belgium? At least at home it should be possible. We ve been playing terribly and that's the reason. The team should find a moment to step up. Were they playing great whole campaign noone would bash them if they lost a match they should have lost paperwise. But they really sounded focused.
