These players have no chemistry and it shows. Passes in the wrong direction, awkward runs, running into each other. On the first goal it seems that they were waiting to see who was gonna cover the striker. This half is (believe it or not) probably one of the worst performances I’ve seen from the Ethniki. I think coach is trying to give the young players a chance to prove themselves but they are just bringing each other down. Samaris scoop pass to give Turkey their second goal was a joke not only badly executed but also a STUPID idea to begin with. Fortounis is the only player who is capable of bringing the ball up field. How many times are we going to pass the ball back to the keeper. sorry, needed to vent... can’t be the only one. on the bright side I am 100% confident that this won’t be the way we will play versus Italy.

No positives at all from this game, defence looked so sloppy, no flow no control horrible showing.. I know it’s a friendly but these types of results can couse doubt in the players and the fans again.. I’m not sure what Angelo what trying to accomplish But we still had Masouras, Samaria, Fortounis, Koutris, Kolouris, in the line up and these are players we expect more or less to play for us.. Very disappointing as we looked no better today under this coach.. Hope we see a drastic change come Saturday agains Italy becasue this is now 2 games back to back where we have fallen apart early in a game and trailed 2-0 and if that happens against Italy we are done..

Will mitroglou be available for the Italy game. Koulouris has t proven he can play at NT level yet. Adding donis, mitroglou, manolas, sokratis, vlachodimos will be a massive difference

Good question. Papastathopoulos played for Arsenal in the Europa final yesterday and Mitroglou is injured. Not sure about Donis though.

I agree on both points. OAKA is not a soccer stadium, and I hope DG realizes that. PAO needs its own home, a proper, modern one. I also agree with DG that all PAO should be under one roof. It'd be easier to sustain it as it'll always have something going on. Make it a destination for consumers and fans. Of course this means it'll have to operate like the other big sports venues, which in turn means oust the hooligans.
