Dutch Eagle
Monaco is interested in Limnios. Only reason to go there is €€€€€€€€ and 0% taxes as Monaco is struggling the last years.
pash
I could be wrong, but didn't Monaco come to an agreement with the FFF to do away with that tax loophole? Due to the other teams complaining about the unfair advantage that gave them? Personally, if Monaco came knocking, I'd 100% choose them. They're having a tough time but are rebuilding...they have a decent squad and money behind them (and are only one game away from European competition next season). And from PAOK's perspective...they can pay good money for Limnios.
pash
Ahaha: https://inpaok.com/625084/o-loutseskou-theli-ton-vieirinia/ Now that would be a surprise
Rockafeller Skank
Limnios and Giannoulis off and you guys are out of the championship. They re literally worth more than 50% of your offensive performance. I can see you making a deal to sell them in the summer if the offers are too good. Blackhawk
Anybody can be replaced. Specially if we get good money for them. That's why we need to hold out until they offer the buy out clause money.
pash
InPAOK reporting that Oliveira is a target of Nottingham Forest (UGHHHHH) for a loan because he is apparently not getting game time again. If there ever was a time to try to make a move for him, this is it. Though it's an interesting position: do you go to a much better country, but work for a deplorable criminal? Or go back to Greece, where your career takes a dive? Hmmm
Yiankos
Honestly, someone should leave to get any midfielder. We have Augusto-Misic-Mauricio-Esiti. If we have 5 players for two positions, someone won't be happy at all.
pash
True, we have definitely painted ourselves into a corner with this. We needed a top tier midfielder but now we have too many players. Perhaps this means Mauricio's contract won't be extended after all (which is not necessarily a bad thing)
Yiankos
Not to mention Pontus... Whose salary is 1m+
pash
Pontus will guide us to another championship, just you wait! hahaha But yeah that guy at least is guaranteed to be gone...
Dutch Eagle
Mystakidis might move to Dutch Eredivisie-side De Graafschap. Might be good for him. Greeks tend to adapt good and do well overhere.
pash
Was he already being tried out there? Either way, whoever gets him will get a good player FOR FREE. Free, folks!
Bananas
Hopefully Mystakidis signs there and kicks ass. I always had a soft spot for him but in the last few seasons the level of players we brought to the team has been strong and he hasn't been able to stay in the first team. It is what it is.
pash
The aforementioned team looking at El Kaddouri may be Lecce. He'd join our boy Shakhov!
Bananas
Maybe we can swap EK for Shakhov ?
Yiankos
It's interesting they would go for El Kaddouri. I mean is you compare his numbers at PAOK with Shakhov's there are not even close. And if Shakhov barely makes it as a sub, what would they expect El Kaddouri to do there? Edit: And they have Tachtsidis who is a starter!!! Edited January 11, 2020 by Yiankos
pash
Wouldn't surprise me if El Kaddouri's long history in that league makes them think there's additional value that they can capitalize on. As in, they think he can be a difference maker for them and have spent enough time watching him to realize it.
pash
Sounds like the Mystakidis free transfer is a done deal. Good luck to him ?
Athens4
Free? I thought we were selling him!
pash
Not much value in a player nobody wants who is free this summer. I wonder if there's a resale clause tho?
pash
Sounds like Misic signs Thursday. Three-year contract. Let's see if that holds true.
Dutch Eagle
I like it. He is a good player and just 25 years old.
pash
Sounds like Rey wants to bounce and go back to his old club. Doubt his current team would be happy about that.
Bananas
I still wonder if Rey would be better than what we have.
