BostonThanatos Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 The Pereyra situation is troubling. He seemed to perform well in the friendliest. Maybe we have a buyer lined up....but I would hope a quality CF is in the works because I don't think Klaus and Koulouri are gonna cut it.
Rockafeller Skank Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 (edited) There are 2 ways of thinking the whole budget thing. A) Ajax has double the PAOK budget. Ok hands down, they probably have far better players. B )Knowing that the dutch league is literally a "take youths, overprice them with a risk, and sell complete players to better leagues" you can understand a reason where part of this big budget different lies.Ajax is nothing huge. Didnt make it for CL last year, Managed to lose a won league in the last fixture this year. Close match but ajax definately favorites. Edited July 23, 2016 by Rockafeller Skank
pash Posted July 24, 2016 Posted July 24, 2016 Milik also being courted by Inter. Let's hope a deal goes through soon, wherever he goes. At least he won't be ready by Tuesday, regardless of what happens.
pash Posted July 24, 2016 Posted July 24, 2016 Seems Ajax will be without their boy Bazoer. http://www.transfermarkt.com/riechedly-bazoer/profil/spieler/216443 By the same token, Matos may not be available to us. Klaus, however, is good to go.
pash Posted July 24, 2016 Posted July 24, 2016 Looks like the below lineup has been fielded by Ivic in recent workouts. Seems Matos is good enough to be training. --Glykos-- --Matos--Crespo-Tzavellas--Leovac-- --Tziolis--Cimirot-- --Campos--Shakhov--Rodrigues-- --Klaus-- This concerns me...from what I've read, Shakhov isn't really an attacking midfielder. So we've got two DMs (one of whom is a clear sign that we don't intend to attack) and a possibly-injured RB. Switch out Tziolis for one of our half dozen better midfielders, and I'd feel better about this game.
Original Sydney Posted July 24, 2016 Posted July 24, 2016 kozi you need to download a software on Kody that gives you those channels, I got about 80 Greek channels when I hooked it up and never saw Nova or OTE but my koubaro downloaded something and they are there now
Ethnikos Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 I have something called MyGica that uses Kodi as well... Help me out Original Sydney! :)
Blackhawk Posted July 25, 2016 Author Posted July 25, 2016 For people in USA, Canada and Australia, tomorrow's game will be televised live on Sport Plus. Also the game at Toumba will be streamed by Laola1.
Blackhawk Posted July 25, 2016 Author Posted July 25, 2016 During press conference Ivic announced that Pereyra is included in the squad for the return leg at Toumba. He was not included in tomorrow's game because he did not fit the style of game he intends on playing in Amsterdam, and that he wanted to have an option to add somebody at last minute.
pash Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 For people in USA, Canada and Australia, tomorrow's game will be televised live on Sport Plus. Also the game at Toumba will be streamed by Laola1. I would assume there will be a broadcast by a Dutch station for this as well? I just need to feel some hope that I'll find a stream, basically.
Blackhawk Posted July 25, 2016 Author Posted July 25, 2016 Ziggo Sport is the Dutch broadcaster televising the game. Also Sport 1 in Israel. 1
pash Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 Looks like Ivic has just called up Pereyra, after all 1
BostonThanatos Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 The starting 11 according to reports: ------------------------Glykos------------------------ Matos-------Crespo-----------Tzavellas----Leovac ----Cimirot------------Sakhov--------Tziolis-------- ---Jalma--------------Klaus--------Rodrigues------
BostonThanatos Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 I hope there is a day in the future where my children won't have to see Tzavellas and Tziolis in the starting lineup of a PAOK match... 2
pash Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 You might be dead by then but don't worry, I'll be there to take care of them.
kozi Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 I hope there is a day in the future where my children won't have to see Tzavellas and Tziolis in the starting lineup of a PAOK match... It's not too far off. Early days with some guys not ready yet. Varela and Canas have them covered.
kozi Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 Looks like Ivic has just called up Pereyra, after all I assume that means he will be the squad for the 2nd leg...
BostonThanatos Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 Maybe he was holding off to see if Varela would be match ready?
