If by some miracle Tudor remains with the team next year, we'd be fools not to sell Kace. He's just rotting on the bench at this point.

That's the thing.  If you're resigned to the fact that Kace will be sold, you would want to keep him reasonably match fit so that you can maximise his sale price.  Not necessarily play him all the time, but play him at least semi regularly.  Who will want to buy him in the summer when he hasn't been playing first team football for 9 or so months ?  Maybe he'll have a good Euro 2016 ...

To be fair we have Antonis (22) Pelkas (22) and Mystakidis (21) up front.  All young so I expect as much.  I'd rather them than Klaus and Berbatov.
