If his wikipage is accurate (3 goals in 23 games) Skibbe is right to leave him out. If he can't even put up some good numbers in the Saudi League what could he possibly offer to the Ethniki? Let's be honest guys, he is just not good enough perhaps. I know he is not a striker, but it's the Saudi League! The teams he plays every week there could not beat Aris (no disrespect to Aris).

You might be right, but Vellios is a much better (and younger) player than both Giannou and Papazoglou. He's a handy backup but I can't see him ever being the top striker for the Ethniki.

I agree Fetfatzidis has not dissapointed. He was always a class above everyone in the attacking third. His speed and dribbling make him as a player. He and Ninis provide so much flair something Fortounis and Mantalos are not at the same level at.

I also agree, I don't understand why these players keep getting ignored, they at least should be on the bench as a second option coming off the bench if not starting. We will never get the full potential out of our team until the best players available are consistently on the NT. 3 players that needed to be on the NT whether bench or starting are Fet, ninis and holebas. these players deserved it more then guys like Tziolis, Tsavellas and Bak.. ARGY you made a good point that if our offence is looking stale and not producing then Ninis and fetfa should be a good second option at the very least. Right now we are living and dying with who we start with no bench options. If Skibbe cant see this then he's an idiot.

Best off attacking as 4 3 3 and be able to revert to 4 4 2 if we end up playing catch up. Destroy their composure. Need KPaps to look at them real mean along with Vellios along with our unfair advantage....Tziolara!! They will s%$#!.

Bosnia are favorites against us and they are a better team then us bottom line. For Greece to pull off a draw will be difficult yet alone get a win. As I mentioned before if Greece continue to play the way they've been playing to start this campaign which allowed Estonia to have chance after chance then Bosnia will shred us to pieces. Bosnia passing game is much better then ours and they finish way better then us, plus they know to control the midfield something we cant do.
