pash Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 We lacked the killer edge we had last season. Bad last 15 minutes or so, but the result overall is more than Asteras should have hoped for. It helps that they were completely unable to get a shot on goal most of the game. Warda was the MotM for me.

Yiankos Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 Παίξαμε πολύ άσχημα από το 60 και μετά. Ο Ελ Καντουρί και ο Ουάρντα έκαναν πάρα πολλά λάθη στο τελευταίο μισάωρο του αγώνα. Δεν μπορούν να βγάλουν 90λεπτο ξεκάθαρα. Είχαμε κάποιες φάσεις, δεν μπορέσαμε να βάλουμε γκολ, πήραμε ένα πέναλτι αμφισβητούμενο και στο τέλος θα μπορούσαμε να φάμε εύκολα γκολ αν ο Αστέρας είχε κανέναν σοβαρό επιθετικό να σκοράρει. Πολύ άσχημη εμφάνιση. Γεμάτο γήπεδο το μόνο ωραίο. Τώρα μόνο η Μπενφίκα μετράει, τα άλλα είναι κουραφέξαλα.

Having said that the GK should’ve read it better and not let Prijo sell him like that. Maybe Savvidis investments in Greece are finally beginning to pay off ? Olympiacos fans would think that is 100% penalty if you show them that play but cgi it so that Prijo is wearing a red and white jumper. ?

For me biseswar looked like be really has the difference in him that little time that he played and I missed watching him, hopefully he can show us something in the games coming up. Blackhawk Posted August 27, 2018 Author Posted August 27, 2018 Did not see the game live. Only a tape later. The keeper clearly made contact with Prijo who was smart enough to sell it to the ref. Tripoli should have ended the game with 9 players. One straight red and the other two yellows on Kotsiras, who was smartly pulled out of the game by the Tripoli coach. And there should have been a penalty when Warda was fouled din the box. The ref let Tripoli get away with their dirty game. In the end the win is all that counts. We should now concentrate on Wednesday's game.
