pash Posted December 27, 2024 Author Posted December 27, 2024 Lamprou just made a move to NFC Volos. Hopefully he does well for him. Fun player to watch, the few times he actually played.
Dutch Eagle Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 Sergio Conceição is appointed as the new (AC) Milan manager. 1
Blackhawk Posted January 4, 2025 Posted January 4, 2025 Athens Kallithea - Lamia 2:1 First win for Kallithea in the SL1 this season and first win for Malezas as a head coach of a Superleague team. 2
Dutch Eagle Posted March 13, 2025 Posted March 13, 2025 Koutsias two goals and one assist so far for Lugano tonight in the Conference League. 1
Dutch Eagle Posted March 15, 2025 Posted March 15, 2025 Koulouris showed yesterday how to score from the spot and his tally is now 17 goals this season. Making him topscorer of the Polish Ekstraklassa with a gap of 3 goals to the runner-up.
Dutch Eagle Posted March 19, 2025 Posted March 19, 2025 Stelios Pozoglou, our youngest player to score in an European match, scored two goals for Apollon Kalamaria and won the first amateur cup of (EPS)Makedonia.
pash Posted March 20, 2025 Author Posted March 20, 2025 Man, remember when he came out and scored like two goals in one game and then we never saw him again? Ahhh what could have been
pash Posted March 23, 2025 Author Posted March 23, 2025 I woke up to a bunch of texts from a Juventus-fan friend of mine, telling me Igor Tudor is now their coach. Must be his dream job considering his connection to them. Congrats I guess...
Dutch Eagle Posted April 6, 2025 Posted April 6, 2025 Koulouris is on fire in Poland: he scored another hattrick today.
Dutch Eagle Posted April 25, 2025 Posted April 25, 2025 Koulouris is unstoppable. Today he scored 4 goals including the winner (4-5) in 90+3'.
pash Posted April 25, 2025 Author Posted April 25, 2025 Good scoring record, but will note that 9 of his 28 goals were in three games, and another 4 were in this most recent one. They are also all against teams that are bottom of the barrel in his league. Not saying some people are wrong in suggesting we try to get him back - but he's racking up some easy goals against bad opposition. I wouldn't hate him replacing Brandon though (and Koulouris' poacher style might work well with Chalov's own build-up style). 2
pash Posted May 17, 2025 Author Posted May 17, 2025 There go my fantasies of getting our little boy back: https://inpaok.com/863791/sto-stochastro-tis-benfika-o-giannoulis-pic/
paokarag4 Posted May 18, 2025 Posted May 18, 2025 Never on the radar unfortunately. He has had a great season in the Bundesliga, coming back to Greece won't be on his agenda for the next 2-3 years minimum.
pash Posted June 6, 2025 Author Posted June 6, 2025 Miguel Vitor, who has played for nine (!) years at Hapoel Beer Sheva, might finally be returning to Portugal. Every once in a while I remember that he's been there forever and has even become an Israeli citizen. Oddly enough I can find virtually no interviews with this guy beyond what PAOK posted almost a decade ago. What a cypher!
Blackhawk Posted June 21, 2025 Posted June 21, 2025 Stefan Schwab signed a 1-year deal with Holstein Kiel that plays in the German Bundesliga 2. 1
Dutch Eagle Posted July 1, 2025 Posted July 1, 2025 Rinus Israël died today at the age of 83. Our former trainer in the 1988/1989 season was capped 47 times for the Dutch National team and was captain of the first Dutch club (Feyenoord!) to win the European Cup (predecessor of the Champions League) scoring a goal in the final and after that winner of the World Cup for teams (old style). He was a ruthless centre back with the nickname Iron Rinus and alongside Theo "The Tank" Lazeroms they litterally demolished many many CF's. He stated he would not be on the pitch after 90 minutes these days with that thing called VAR. 2
pash Posted July 12, 2025 Author Posted July 12, 2025 I'm seeing that Douglas Augusto's transfer has finally gone through, for 6.5mm, so we get that 1.3mm from our resale clause. 1
pash Posted July 23, 2025 Author Posted July 23, 2025 Diego Biseswar was in attendance at today's match vs the Cypriots, there are a handful of short clips here as they gave him an impromptu interview. God, what a classy player he was. Couldn't run, maintained a gut, but what an artist. https://www.sdna.gr/podosfairo/1333055_mpisesbar-sto-sdna-moy-eleipse-o-paok-elpizo-na-eimai-akomi-stis-kardies-sas 2
pash Posted July 24, 2025 Author Posted July 24, 2025 Ali Samatta linked with the fantastically-named Dibba SCC, who is newly promoted to the UAE's top division.
Dutch Eagle Posted July 25, 2025 Posted July 25, 2025 Everyone's favourite "O Oικοδόμος" retired from professional football.
pash Posted July 25, 2025 Author Posted July 25, 2025 The list of teams he played for is wild. He literally went everywhere hahaha I'm kind of surprised he included us in the good-bye post
paokarag4 Posted July 26, 2025 Posted July 26, 2025 Just so you know pash, you'll be included in my goodbye post😘 1
pash Posted July 26, 2025 Author Posted July 26, 2025 Buddy I'll be at your actual goodbye, as I smother you in your hospital bed with a pillow 2
Blackhawk Posted August 2, 2025 Posted August 2, 2025 Brandon Thomas signed a 2-year deal with Apollon Limassol. He played 3 seasons for us and scored some memorable goals, specially in the title winning season 2023-2024.
