I would lean closer to the 500mm than the 2b. Russian oligarchs have historically been all too happy to vomit money at their soccer teams. Savvidis hasn't (relatively speaking - he's still spent much more than Greek owners).

That article, btw, again tells us that Savvidis is one of the richest men in Russia...but we're still no closer to knowing just how rich he is. I don't know why this bothers me.

There is a lot less baggage (read: momentum), which is what much of the men's game carries. I'd be interested in seeing how things progress over the next few years, coefficients-wise, to see if similar things start happening to women's teams.
