  1. If they're televised IN Austria, I'm sure a stream can be found
  2. Best of both worlds if we don't draw them. They'd be a great challenge even in a friendly. I'm guessing we'd start off our friendlies vs a relatively easy team? Hopefully not those same guys who cost us Klaus for three months last time around.
  3. Maybe we should hire some of these guys
  4. Itale, how do you get the links to work with Greek from that site? Each time I try to copy and paste the whole thing, it just pasts a bunch of symbols. Also from that site, we've apparently got two more players (a GK and a winger) coming soon. Allegedly they want 90% of the new roster to be finalized before the team departs for training camp. http://inpaok.com/308011/
  5. That's cutting it somewhat close as far as Mak is concerned. At least, depending on how far in the tournament they get.
  6. Stoch for sale, price is 5mmEUR. Can't see us putting that kind of cash down on him.
  7. ...all three of those guys are from Dnipro. What the hell?
  8. Well, that last sentence makes me feel better, at least.
  9. ^ the inPAOK article does not translate it in that way: http://inpaok.com/307954 "
  10. I think we're going to put some serious cash down on keeping Mak, but I bet you Kace will be sold. If we do sell him, we NEED to keep Cimirot.
  11. Cimirot is exactly the kind of player we need to keep. We will NEVER play at the level we want, if every player with potential is sold immediately.
  12. I'll meet you guys at your place, if you don't mind giving me a ride. I'll bring loukoumades for your trouble.
  13. That sounds rough. So we'll either go up against a team that's first division quality, or one that just hemorrhaged players due to relegation. Hopefully they're at the top of their game when they play us, we'll need good tests to get ready.
  14. ^ Jairo is as injury prone as Konstantinidis. I like the guy, but if this can't be fixed, then he needs to go.
  15. I would bet good money on Dubai having a league that is run better than ours
  16. Michel has been at it for a few months now, and they've probably known Ivic was the choice for at least a few weeks. Who knows, it wouldn't surprise me if they took advantage of the head start. I bet those six players are all still tentative, though.
  17. All of this is easier said than done. The first step is being able to actually attract these players. I have my doubts.
  18. The thing about the AM role, is that both seem to prefer Mistakidis as a sub (and usually then on the wings). If Pelkas is not "on," then we have a problem. A player that is at least Pereyra's level would have been wonderful this season.
  19. https://www.milanlive.it/2016/06/01/calciomercato-milan-verdi-carpi-paok/ <-- Verdi apparently also has offers in Italy. I would be surprised if he'd choose Greece over even Serie B http://www.pianetamilan.it/calciomercato/calciomercato-sirene-greche-per-verdi-ecco-chi-lo-vuole/ <-- also about Verdi, these guys seem to think we are somewhat likely to sign him. Seems Carpi has the right of first refusal on him, however.
  20. I was checking out their website earlier - looks nice. http://disq.us/9sdylp <-- per inPAOK, friendly vs Twente. Looks like they got relegated this year due to financial issues (perhaps our Dutch friend can elaborate?). The game will take place the day after the CL draw.
  21. Pfft. I'm surprised you even had the attention span to read that far (I'm impressed). Did you have someone help you? Kitsiou is the man. We aren't going to spend tens of millions on fullbacks. In fact, I'd be surprised if there's any major investment this summer at all - at most, we'll get a vague promise of a spree if we make the group stages (which we most likely won't).
