Worst game of the season for us and we still won by 18. Bodes well for chances, now to make sure we don't screw it up.
-
Good to see Campos and Matos back. We should crush these guys. We have two games in hand over our "rivals," we should make up some ground.
-
AEK, Atromitos, and Panionios have all lost (although Giannina gained points at Panonios' expense). We're now at two fewer games played than all of those teams...they need to take advantage of this opportunity to make up some major ground on the opposition.

As said above, Prijovic is our most expensive signing, at least in the Savvidis era... Prijovic - 1.9mm Varela - 1.4mm Cimirot - 1.3mm Leovac - 1.3mm Lucas - 800k https://inpaok.com/334448

There's a blind guy who lives in the apartment next door to mine. Every morning someone from Boston's ride service (for giving rides to people who can't make it to public transit) comes to pick him up, and I believe they outsource the job sometimes to regular taxi drivers. This time, the guy came up, buzzed for the apartment, then ran out to his car to wait. The blind guy comes out, very confused, realizes there's nobody in the building, so goes outside. My windows face the street so I can see what's happening, although it took me a few to put two and two together. So anyway, the guy gets out to the sidewalk, and the cabbie then starts honking to get his attention. Keep in mind that this is on a road that has probably a dozen cars parked on this side. Eventually, the blind guy follows the honks and makes it to his car but he overshoots and starts going for the passenger side door (which was in itself a minor miracle), so the cabbie rolls down the window and starts yelling at him to get in the back. Good times. Remind me not to go blind.

He's currently in Cyprus. Personally, I'd rather see him get time at Anorthosis than at Veroia...but honestly wherever he gets playing time would be of great benefit. Well clearly I wasn't

This is a real vote of confidence by the admin side of the team. Or, wishful thinking? Who knows. Looking forward to seeing him play.

I am the father of your children.

Maybe we would have paid 4mm if his shoulder was fine?

Hey, you're the one who's annoyed by highlights videos, not me.

Zenit just scored 14 vs the Sohar U21s. Why is a team like Zenit playing a youth squad? Anyway, by my count, Mak scored once and may have had an assist. Typical. http://en.fc-zenit.ru/news/feed/2017/01/17/zenit-sokhar-sine-belo-golubye-zabili-soperniku-14-myachey/

HOLD UP EVERYONE! NO MORE HIGHLIGHT VIDEOS!

The deal with Henrique has still not been completed. Speculation I've read says that they just sold another winger of theirs, and so are waiting on closing their own deal to ensure coverage of the position going forward, before selling him off to us. Even if he does come to us, I'm doubting he'd be available for Schalke if we only see him come in the last few days of this month (assuming there's still time to register new players anyway).
-
He's going to miss our next match for sure, but he will be available for the next one. He's due to start training as early as tomorrow (Tuesday).

I'd be very surprised if Charisis didn't go on loan. Too much depth there now, especially with Kace back in the mix. He needs some playing time. Pereyra will probably be released/sold...Korovesis released or loaned...Thiam is already gone (and reportedly thinks Greeks were way too cold of a people) Giannoulis, Poungouras, Deligiannidis should be loaned as well. I think only Giannoulis from those three has already been rumored to go (to Cyprus, to Konstantinidis' team).

Jacobo is calling it quits on his career. Seems too many injuries. Poor guy, would have thought he'd have a few years left in him... https://inpaok.com/334292

Guy seems pretty confident.

He's got the #9 too...Poor Jairo

Interesting how much more of a role li'l Savvidis has been taking. I don't think I've ever seen him stand in for the photo right at the signing.
-
I'm not sure on that last point, but perhaps this extra pressure on Klaus will make him play to his potential (and make the point moot). Reportedly, Prijovic has signed and Michel is now on his way to France to finish the deal with Henrique. Personally, I feel Henrique might have more upside, and filling that position is much more vital for us than a new striker.

Are you talking about the Swiss-Serb? Henrique has been pretty consistent in his teams. Here's another vid of him. This one at least shows him playing on the left side. There's potential there. -edit- okay I'm seeing the articles on Prijovic now. This is a huge coup for Legia, I feel we might be getting hosed on this. Hell, this is significantly above his worth (which I'm seeing at 1.5mm). Hope this works out for us.

The team's been posting videos of training at Toumba, and the field looks completely fine. Good to see at least one team in Greece is cleaning some goddamn snow.

Meanwhile, Michel is telling some Polish site that we'll have him in just a few days. This bodes poorly for our chances.
