Dutch Eagle highly doubt people would struggle to get to games when they are scheduled at 8 or 9 at night. They get there when their teams play midweek in Europe as example.... Anyway as I said they struggle to organise games Saturday and Sunday's lets not push our luck with a Friday game. From memory though I think B Ethinki did have some Friday games in the past, not sure if that was the case last season though.

The malakes struggle to organise games on Saturday and Sunday's, although I am all for it as many leagues around Europe do it these days....

Correct Pana, Puskas what a legend, we Aussie boys were lucky enough to see him ply his trade as a coach when he coached South Melbourne in the early 90s, I still have that image of him sitting on the bench motionless when Souths scored the equaliser in the 88th minute.......

He was pretty average, not all good players make great coaches I agree Pana, only one that comes to mind is Ancelotti.

Fair call we all have our opinions in the end, the Dutch for me are always an over hype let down and Russia well they don't do much either on the world stage.... He did take South Korea to a WC semi final though and also took Australia the furthest they've been in a WC. Maybe he is a good coach with under dog teams lol

Pana iv seen it a few times in Greek Football, cant remember which game it was 2 seasons back but there was a total of 46 fouls in the game lol ridiculous but the situation Oly is in now I don't think the players can take anything lightly whether its a friendly or not, as they ALL have something to prove.

Hiddink is overrated, really? That's a massive call to make. Lets see what Bento has to offer now, Oly need a few new faces to come in ASAP also.

I don't buy it one bit he knew exactly what he was doing, sorry but only has himself to blame as he had the potential to be one of the biggest young stars in Greece. Anyway its been long enough and everyone has moved on so best it stays in the past.

Ellas75, do you think the job is too big for Ouzounidis or you think he can handle it along with the pressure that follows?

One thing with Ouzounidis, its one thing to coach young kids at a club with zero expectation and another to coach the biggest team in Greece with massive expectation, add in there Europe where he has no experience. Leonardo, the less said the better he has been out of the game for too long, don't think he would be a good choice.

Arouca going by their results last season will be a very tricky team to try break down, on the flip side they also had trouble scoring last season. Should be interesting but surely Oly cant bomb out on this one too.....

Is he putting in $20mill or is he saying that and really using the money from the players he is about to sell? Mazakaou (sorry if spelt wrong) just got you $8-$10mill, sell a few more and there is your $20mill... Don't be so blinded.....

It's our first time in Europe after so long with players who mainly haven't even played in Europe, it wasn't a disaster in the end, the team was competitive over 2 legs and to only be knocked out by a goal isn't that bad. AEK is slowly going in the right place, only lesson that needs to be learnt is next European campaign we need a few bigger players who can make the difference for us. This team showed good signs and if they play like this in the league who knows what we can achieve especially with oly being in the mess they're currently in.

Hope we don't lose him as I don't see a replacement coming in at all. Still can't believe we let Cordero go, karma F***ed us badly with that decision

I can see a big struggle in Europe for the next 3-5 seasons the way we are heading. Shame because at one stage we had automatic teams in CL & Europa, now we cant even get 1 directly entry to any of these comps. Bad times for Greek Football.

Wow insane difference, but we have seen many upsets already in qualifiers. Small teams are giving the bigger budget teams a real run this time round.

PAS did themselves proud, shame they got the goal that equalled the tie and then bombed it. But 3-1 isn't a bad result considering most of us thought they would be in for a hiding....
