Bravo to Platellas who took his chance today and scored twice. I saw the saves from Anestis lucky he was on his good day today, hopefully he keeps that form up. Both teams it seemed had chances to win the game. Shame about the 2 reds but as said above Galo hasn't been himself and Bakakis showed what he can do when given a chance. Lazaros don't know what happened there but pretty dumb to get sent off after the match has been completed. Now it gives us a bigger headache against Panionios at home without him, along with the others. Hopefully he doesn't get more than a week as we have PAOK away in 2 weeks and we will need everyone for that match.

I agree Original I think it would be great to have both Mandalos and Bakasetas attacking them but is it the right game to try it away from home against a team who surely believe they can beat us since they beat Oly, guess time will tell.

Bakasetas needs to run at players not have his back to them but currently Mandalos has that spot he is used to playing so he will have to make do on the wing. On a slightly different note my mates son has been trialling with AEK he's 15 and has been offered a contract, they say within 2-3 years he could be playing first team, time will tell but great to see him get this chance. Amanatidis at Oly hardly gave a look at him but at AEK they were amazed with his talent.

It was a terrible game but we are 3-0. Last qualifier we were losing to Faroe Islands Hungary Romania etc etc, we all gave them no chance to qualify for Russia and they are 3-0 and looking in a good position to make it. I'll take it.

Only difference is Dellas has a very very average side where as with this crop he would do way better. You can't have Chrisantus as your go to man, if he had Almeida or Bakasetas different story. Add our back line now and he surely do way better than having Kolo, Lambro and Tzane.

I honestly believe Dellas would do well with this current crop, as example now he went to karaiskaki (kypello) with a very average side and got a draw and took Oly right to the death and lost the tie in the last minute. His tactics, style of football reading of the game and game plans were very good. Sure he struggled at times but he didn't have the talent either that this squad has. Dont think it would happen now though.

It was a lack of many things not only trying. Everyone around me in Filadelphia was losing it at Ketsbaia and his decisions, once he took of Patito everyone cracked it big time.

Ok say he did give instructions what do you think they were/what did they work on all week,as I was dumbfounded watching them play and trying to work out our game plan, as it seems there was none. As I said earlier the difference was Oly players came out and played to save their coach and themselves, our players didn't, so the "he's lost/losing the dressing room" seems to have some truth to it.

Ketsbaia is staying on and I do agree with it as much as he pissed me off last night, it would be a joke for us to sack another coaching after losing to Oly. But as Original 21 says above if not AEL the next 4 games will be do or die for him and also for our season.

Dava-G I don't think they were afraid, Mandalos and Lambro were telling him they were given no instructions on what they were to do, Lambro was lost. Ok they're professionals and know what football contains but the coach needs to give the instructions and it showed out there they didn't know what was needed to be done. Oly players on the other hand went out there and played with heart and to also save their coach, that was the difference. It seems our players have slightly lost faith in Ketsbaia. Overall yes he has us playing good football but his decision making is terrible. You don't change a winning formula in a derby and you don't take off your only player who was trying his best in Patito.

Boys one thing, Dusan doesn't help us in anyway either. He's got rid of how many ex players who were involved now and bled AEK the last couple seasons? Ketsbaia is just another yes man to them. He took a massive risk by changing the middle in the wrong game and the guy he put there did nothing and was at fault for 2 goals.

Yes he did but Mandalos was on a yellow already as example, he was the only player who looked dangerous for us, the rest did nothing. You don't take off the most dangerous player when you are down by 1,simple.
