Think the line up will be very similar to what you got above Original. Good having Patito back and also Lazaros. Hopefully Morais has the sense to start both Simeos and Johanssen as we have been terrible in the middle since Simeos has been dropped/not played. PAOK has some talent on their wings so going with Didac and Galo would be the better options but Didac again the guy worries me. Last season we lost twice there 2-1 after leading 1-0 so hopefully we have learnt a lesson from it.

Been saying it for a few years now that we should've got Kourbelis already but hasn't happened, big talent and I rate him. Besides our midfield we need another striker, cant rely on Almeida all season, Aravidis doesn't cut it and Pekhart offers nothing IMO.

Tough game and we don't have the best of records up there either. Hopefully today's win gives us a confidence boost. Hopefully we go out there play some football and get the result, even a draw ill take.

Good to see we got a win and finally put 4 past a team, this will only lift our confidence for Toumba which wont be an easy game by no means. Was also good to see some fringe players get a run today.

Well this is the Oly vs PAOK topic so don't know why it belongs in a different thread when im talking about things that happened in the game.

Reality is the game was stopped 3 times, if this happened at AEK PAO or PAOKs ground would Oly have run to the refs and tried to get the game cancelled? Yes. They tried to do it when we beat them 1-0 last season, flares were lit once we scored and Theodoridis ran to the ref asking him to stop the game when not one flare reached the pitch. Would Oly have come out and finished the game the way PAOK did? No chance. So credit to PAOK. So as much as it was a good game between both sides, the officials did have an influence on things. The ref for one cant say he will call the game if it happens once more and when it does happen he doesn't stick to his word, then he has no right to go into PAOKs dressing room and tell them they would be docked 10 points if they don't come out and finish the game.

The only thing I question is if this happened at AEK, PAO or PAOKs home ground would Oly have tried to get the game called off? Can someone remind me few years back in the kypello when PAOK fans lit up Toumba didn't they get a fine from memory for it? Surely Oly should get the same fine if there was one, as for points deduction wont happen unless the flares went onto the pitch.

Saw the game and even though we were stretched with injuries and suspensions we created more than enough chances to win the game that's for sure, but as usual we wasted chance after chance. This is 2nd time we have wasted a chance to go top of the table (with other games pending) another 0-0 draw at home.

So basically you are saying that Lazaros isn't a good footballer because he gets yellow cards LOL that's honestly ridiculous, never seen a footballer judged on his football because of the cards he gets. Patito was already out last weekend and we won without him, Lazaros and Galo are added to the list this weekend because of their reds. Simeos doesn't play? Dude do you even know what you are talking about? The guy missed 3 games maybe 4 at most last season and played 90 mins in pretty much every game for us. Currently on Simeos it was said he was injured but that wasn't the case because as soon as Ketsbaia left he was in full training with the new coach. I find it funny to hear you say you have the most depth along with Oly, where is that depth currently? Injured just like our depth.

Don't forget we bounced out of Europe without a host of new faces that we currently now have, IF they were there it may have been a very different story. Lazaros even as a bonehead as you call him and one who gets cards doesn't have any effect on him being a good footballer. Berg is one of the most filthiest forwards in Greece with his cheap shots and elbows BUT you don't see me taking away from him the fact he can play ball. You obviously didn't watch Patito 2nd, 3rd and 4th game he was the only one trying to make something out of nothing. The Portuguese I assume you mean Simoes played a very important role for us last season and is a work horse, he plays a big role in our team, take example the 2 Oly games we have lost, one he was taken out at 1-0 down and we copped 4, 3 weeks ago he didn't start we copped 3. Plenty in our team are injured also yet we went to Larisa and got a result, so much for least amount of depth.

WTF was that penalty again you guys got robbed, what a joke. Shame PAO couldn't hold on for the win after all the hard work in the 1st half.

I will give the new coach a few weeks before I make judgement on him. Lets see what style he tries to implement. As for Ketsbaia, I personally don't think it was tactics that were the issue but more his decision making with starting 11 then subs during a match which were very questionable on many occasions.

Lol this is comical. We lack depth, yet all iv seen posted today is how you had no subs to come on and make a difference as players tired, same excuse I heard when you lost to Celta, but we got the least depth hahaha..... The Ukranian is pretty decent really? The guy is a beast and probably one of the best CB in the league. Lescott only offers experience to us, other than that not much to rave on about. Lazaros is a hot head? Why cause of one situation after the match? So does that mean he cant play? Simeos? Johanssen? With the real lack of midfield you have these 2 would right into your starting 11. Mandalos? Patito? Galo? Bakakis? Bakasetas? just to name a couple....... The only real area you have it over us is upfront with Berg, the rest can be debated very easily.

I heard his interview yesterday and he seems like a cool & calm character. Saw a few clips on his team in Turkey and they seem to have played a good brand of football. Lets see what he can bring to us, he has the players to do well and hopefully January he can bring a couple in to cover certain positions and also make the team stronger. He wont have an easy start though with 3 big games in the next 5 coming up Panionios Paok & Pao. Also noticed Simeos was training with the team, how co-incidental is it Ketsbaia leaves and Simeos is not injured anymore.

I don't see how you can bag a coach who had his team sitting equal with your team. So what did sport-fm say about his losing his job?

The merry go round continues, Ketsbaia obviously did m*****es which we all saw and it cost him. No idea what this guy can bring to us, yes he may have worked under Mourinho but he has hardly coached any major sides. Don't know what to make of this, we went from getting a name like Poyet to a no name like this guy.

Controlled it very well with a gutsy win overnight,not an easy place to go to and get a result (ask Oly fans), that after a tough 2 weeks he and our players had. Freezer guess the locker room problems those AEK players you mentioned wasn't correct, sport-fm telling fibs and you are buying into them :)

Wonder what legal action he took to have a whole election to be cancelled. Seems the ones who don't want change are trying anything they can as they can obviously see they wont have the person they want there in the elections.

I think he is on his way up but can also be better in decision making. But he hasn't been the spastic he was last season that's for sure. Still cant forget that Levidiakos match (from memory) and what he did there lol
