    The owner of the site accomplished his goal, which was a creation of an Olympiakos Academy here in Chicago with backing from PAE Olympiakos. Once that was accomplished he has lost interest in running Greeksoccer.com. He tried to sell the domain, but apparently nobody showed any interest. Of interest is the fact that Greeksoccer.com in the beginning was hosted here at Phantis.com

    Let's not forget that in 2004 they completely rebuilt gates 1,2 and 3 and they did not find anything during excavations. But than again the government was funding the constructions as part of the 2004 Olympics, so things could have been swept under the carpet.

    Speaking of uncovering buried objects, what are the chances of them uncovering fossils and ancient artefacts under Toumba (which is almost the norm in Greece when they dig) do we expect these to cause potential delays? Or will we have the archaeologists on the take and get them to look the other way so we can get the stadium built?

    I think the owner of the site let his ownership of the domain lapse, either because he was lazy and it had started to turn into Lord of the Flies in there... or because he sold it? Or some combination of the two?

    Hey boys I was wondering, why are only our Paok stuff and the national team threads the things that people comment on? Did there used to be more olympiacos, panathinaikos, and aek presence on this forum or was it always like this ?

    The teams that need to fold are the two garbage teams that can't make it into the top division. Which allegedly was the point of this one. Volos is too small to support two competitive teams.

    So, looking ahead, who do we see as the starting group when Euro 24 qualifying begins? I think the back 4 plus goalie is pretty much now in stone. Otherwise, thoughts?

    JVS was rubbish. Couldn't even succeed in our lowly Aussie A League. Argued with his best player Bruno Fornarelli and never played him again. Blocked me on Instagram when I asked if he thought that zero shots on target at home in the first half vs Kosovo was acceptable.
