Going into this game on Thursday a result is not good enough we need to win, we need 6 points in our next two games if we want any slim chance of qualifying.. a loss or a draw eliminates us.. You have to also expect Bosnia to get 6 points as they are playing Liechtenstein and Armenia... We have dug ourselves a huge hole and only 6 points will give us hope.. I also agree with a previous poster that it’s time for Manolas and Socrates to put up or shut up, they went out of there way to demand Ang gets fired which I agree with so it’s time for them to step up in a big way.. I don’t have big expectations but who knows maybe we can finally get a much needed win..

Well said. And TBH I don't care at all about all the additional production they put there. Give me cameras and crowd noise and a timer/scoreboard and I'll still pay. I'd like to think they've noticed the a**hole up in Boston who has paid for every home game they've offered on that site, too ?

I apologize in advance if I sound grumpy but that's exactly how I see it. As my duty. As a chance to pay 5 euros to give to my team these rough times. We are eliminated from Europa league, FFP is all over us, the team is not playing good football, the 4-4-2 is not working, the players are unhappy, the PAE was trying to probably negotiate a better offer with ERT or Nova. It is my duty to say, hey there is one crazy scumbag in Miami, FL, you can count on. I will support my PAE because they are doing their best (even though they have done sooo many mistakes over the years) and I know by supporting them with 5 silly euros, they might get millions in the future if the PAOKTV business were to thrive. Hell, this is my chance to be literally useful to my team. The rest is for my pleasure/sickness. If you think of it, I don't go to the actual matches, I don't purchase tickets, I watch the games from illegal streams all these years. For PAE PAOK, the last five years I am an alleged fan, that they get almost nothing (besides a couple shirts from their store). I could might as well watch no football or be a fan of a different team. AND now magically, PAE says, Yiankos I give you the opportunity to make yourself count. When you scream at goals and missed chances and neighbors think either you a maniac or beating your girlfriend, PAE gets nothing. This was a chance to make myself part of PAE's active customer fans. Youtube subscriptions, facebook likes, and whatnot are good, but what matters the most is that. And that is the time PAE PAOK counts heads. Counts allies. People that will be there for them. Not just for the one time 5 euro thing. Screw that. That's not the big deal. The fact there is a guy in Miami, FL, that will buy happily these matches and probably be there for a season ticket or whatever gives PAE power. And hell, there is no way I am not going to be standing in the line for my pontiac head to be counted. The rest you guys say about better product, pregames, postgames, etc are good but irrelevant for me. Sure, I would be happy for them to grow and improve the quality of that. But for them to improve, they first have to sustain PAOKTV. And to sustain PAOKTV they need to know there's at least a good amount of PAOK fans that will pay for the pay per view and not use excuses about going to kafeneio or gathering 20 people in one home to watch the game. They need numbers. End of story. We had 45,000 against Panaitolikos and something like 50,000 against Slovan. That tells me, there are probably something like 5-10,000 PAOK fans abroad (Europe, Australia, and US) and 35,000-40,000 residing in Greece that bothered to buy the pay per view. Interested to see how Greece plays. Do they come out as a team and play to the level they should be at; or do they look forward their vacation on the Greek islands. Their backed into a corner but it's not like they have to beat teams that are unbeatable. Greece has to go for the win in Finland but being patient is the key. It's still a 90 minute game the last time I checked and Finland might be taking Greece lightly since Greece has never won there before. Good luck to the team.

Yep. Vrousai can play both wing and 10 effectively. Can’t say the same about Mantalos or Pelkas.

We will see a 4-3-3. I think Bouchalakis should start in midfield. With Zeca and possibly Pelkas. We need energy in the middle. I think we will see a front 3 of Masouras Koulouris Vrousai. We need speed and energy. That’s what he has to implement. Aswell as keeping the defence tight. The team has to defend and attack as one.

I agree since there is so little time before the Finland game is the coach seems to understand not to complicate things we wants to keep it simple and have a very basic game plan which is a good idea don’t try to change to much all at once as we don’t have time to go through the iOS and down of a new style.. He wants speed and energy.. I’m pretty sure Pelkas will be the guy starting... he’s definitely not my first or second choice either but seem like we don’t have a better option.

I really liked what he said, I hope the players can step up and do something special. With so little time for Finland he is at least clear on somethings, and he wants energy in belief in the players, something we really lack and need so that in itself is a big positive Giannoulis of PAOK has also been called up, good player. Word is he is in the midst of a transfer to Reims in France. Not a high profile club, but upper mid-table and ambitious in Ligue 1, where Donis had success during his time with Nice. Είδα τον αγώνα εκτός από τα πρώτα 20' λεπτά κι η γνώμη που αποκόμισα ήταν αυτή που ήδη είπαμε. Ο Φετφά δεν κάνει για 10άρι. Επί 65' λεπτά περίπου ήταν σχεδόν ως απών, πλην ελαχίστων εξαιρέσεων που έπαιζε τη θέση με τον δικό του γνώριμο τρόπο, που κάνει μεν για τα άκρα αλλά όχι για τον άξονα. Ενώ αν έκαναν την τράμπα κι ο Μαντσίνι ήταν στην άξονα ίσως το αποτέλεσμα να μην ήταν τόσο αρνητικό. Γιατί και οι δυο είναι καλοί παίκτες, αλλά σε λάθος ρόλο. Το δίδυμο Γκάμα-Ντιγκινί λειτουργεί άψογα κι αν υπήρχε ένας ακόμα "μυρωδιάς" της φάσης -όπως ο Ματέο πέρσι-θα είχαμε σκοράρει. Είναι φανερό όμως πως του λείπουν παιχνίδια και καναδυό στραβοκλωτσιές που είχε ήταν απόλυτα δικαιολογημένες. Αλλά ο αρνητικός πρωταγωνιστής του παιχνιδιού ήταν ο Παντελίδης. Διότι: Επανέφερε Κουέστα (πολύ καλώς φυσικά), έβαλε σε ανάποδους ρόλους Φέτφα και Μαντσίνι (με μόλις τρεις προπονήσεις) και πέρασε τον Γκάμα αργά (στο 78' περίπου). Κι αυτό λέει πως έφυγε από τον κανόνα της προπονητικής που θέλει μόλις 1-2 αλλαγές στην 11άδα για να μη χαλάει η χημεία της. Ε, ο δικός μας έκανε 4 αλλαγές στην 11άδα. (Άντε να μην του προσάψουμε την έλλειψη στρατηγικής, κάτι που φάνηκε ξεκάθαρα στο γήπεδο, γιατί ίσως να μην είχε χρόνο να προετοιμαστεί. Αλλά, βρε αδερφέ, ρίξε μια ματιά στο βίντεο του πρώτου παιχνιδιού του, να έχεις τουλάχιστον μια ιδέα για τον αντίπαλο κι όχι να πηγαίνεις ξανά και ξανά στα τυφλά. Προσθέστε σε αυτά και τη τύχη που μας έχει γυρισμένη την πλάτη και το αποτέλεσμα πλέον είναι προβλέψιμο. ΄Ένα πέναλτι που δεν βάλαμε με τον ΟΦΗ κι ένα που έβαλε ο Βόλος διαμορφώνουν τη θέση μας στη βαθμολογία με αντιπάλους που είναι υποδεέστεροι μας (αλλά ιδιαίτερα υπολογίσιμοι). Το πρόβλημα μας αυτή τη στιγμή δεν είναι το σκορ, αλλά το "μόρφωμα" της ομάδας μας που για μένα ούτε η λέξη "ασκέρι" την περιγράφει. Διότι είναι παίκτες με διαφορετικά χαρακτηριστικά. Το σχήμα με Φετφά, Γκάμα, Ντιγκινί (ελεύθερο παιχνίδι) βγάζει απέξω τον Ιντέγε (σετ παιχνίδι). Ο Μαντσίνι ταιριάζει με τους Γκάμα, Ντιγκινί αλλά αριστερά όπου είναι ο Γκάμα κι όχι δεξιά -φάνηκε εχθές-. Ο Ντουέρτε βγάζει έξω τον Ματίγια κι αυτό ούτε να το διανοηθούμε θέλουμε κλπ κλπ. Όταν λοιπόν έχεις παίκτες που ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΣΥΜΠΛΗΡΩΜΑΤΙΚΟΙ ΣΕ ΜΙΑ 11ΑΔΑ, τότε η συνταγή δεν δένει. Ο Παντελίδης αυτό είδε και πήρε την απόφαση του. Γιατί δεν έχει λύσεις σε αυτό το μόρφωμα ομάδας. Ούτε και τον χρόνο να ανακατέψει την τράπουλα μπας και του βγει κανένας άσος. Κι όταν ο προπονητής υψώνει τα χέρια, τότε η απομάκρυνσή του είναι μονόδρομος. Προσωπικά θαρρώ πως "πολύ γρήγορα" παραιτήθηκε, και τα δημοσιεύματα από την Κύπρο με έβαλαν σε ιδέες. Αλλά όσο πιθανό και να είναι αυτό, ο άνθρωπος δεν κάνει. Και ΔΕΝ ΕΧΕΙ ΟΥΤΕ ΜΙΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΙΑ. Διότι: 1 Όλες οι αλλαγές του ρόστερ είχαν την δική του συγκατάθεση. 2 Είχε έτοιμη από πέρσι μια καλοκουρντισμένη ομάδα που ρόλλαρε σωστά και πρόσθεσε μονάδες ανώτερου επιπέδου από αυτές που είχε. 3 Είχε σχεδόν όλους τους παίκτες σε μια προετοιμασία που ο ίδιος όρισε. Πώς στο καλό έφτασε σε αυτό το αποτέλεσμα που ούτε ο ίδιος θέλει να το βλέπει;
