So what's it going to take for this unless peice of s%$#! coach to start Holebas? Why not giannaots either? Bask is usless and Karelis is not a play maker he is better when the ball is on his feet and he just shoots.

I agree with you on that. Now im just going to show everyone Samaris with his old club Panionios and Olympiakos where he was played a bit further up as a number 8. He scored more when he was in and around the box then 15 yards away from it. Also shows how the defensive mid role limits him.

Jose just wants to stick it to Skibbe. He feels that he should get minutes, especially when two defenders went down early. Skibbe opted to put an inexperienced CB to play RB over playing Holebas. He plays in the EPL, he's effective and he is pissed; rightly so. It's a shame he took such a drastic decision. Here's hoping he changes his mind.

After seeing the Italians scrape a 3 - 2 in the dying seconds from FYROM I'll take these 3 points and clean sheet happily. The early goal was both a blessing and a curse as Estonia felt pressure to equalize as we sat back. I felt the midfield play to be very disappointing as they simply were not able to hold the ball under the Estonia pressure. They were a decent team to be fair. Our defence was actually pretty decent not allowing many top notch chances against. Absorbing much of what they threw at us. Attacking play was not existent at all really. Felt like a performance from Otto's playbook today. Fortounis and Samaris are vital to this team and some adjustments are surely needed before we play Bosnia I do hope we don't become complacent with this recent run of form or could let the Bosnians take advantage.

Played average, allowed ourselves to get shaken up. Mitroglou completely invisible. We probably would have won more convincingly had Tzavellas been playing. Hopefully we can clone him for the future, he can easily play 6 positions. I believe our next match is away vs Bosnia. This will be our first real test in a year. At least now our guys have some confidence, coming off of four wins. A little bit of improvement will go a long way.

Klavan man to man excellent. Got Centerback experience and what took my interest from the opponents is Klavan beating Mitroglou & Mantalos(bcz people forget he stopped Mantalos 1 on 1 like 4 times, cancelling a counterattack for us-yet everyone bashing Mitroglou for it, but praising Mantalos hmmm). Can't really judge from this game. We were terrible but honestly xD our Right Back is our 3rd choice Centerback. Our Centerback is out 5th choice Centerback. Also Fortounis, our main source of smart/fatasy plays missing. Stafylidis not only goal but also good running dog. God exposed once or twice however.

Guys, I don't see how ANY of us can complain about a win after what we just went through with the recent Euro campaign. We were BEGGING for ugly wins not so long ago. 3-0 and with a real chance to actually qualify. Take it!

Players have to be careful Not to play too well for the Pyrates. Samaris played as a no.8 when he scored a magnificent World Cuo goal, then he was thrown in deep to play as no.6 after that successful campaign. Taxi played out of his skin V Hungary and disappeared ever since. Hellas must play Taxi 6, Samaris 8 and Fortounis 10 in the heart of their midfield with Mantalos on the wing. The Pyrates are so healthy in CAM position with Fortounis, Mantalos and Ninis. Also, in the Second Striker position with Karelis and Bakasetas. Although we play 2nd strikers on the wings.

I think Samaris should be a box to box midfielder and not stay so deep. I think we should try a 4-3-3 with a midfield of Tachtsidis, Fortounis and Samaris. I think Samaris can do more higher up the pitch. I think the number 6 role limits him but the number 10 role is also too much. He needs to be in more balanced role where he is contributing in both attack and defence. Maniatis is a very good worker in midfield and can be a difference in not conceding, but we need faster and more creative players there who can pass and move off the ball. In my opinion I think going forward we should have Kyriakos as the holding midfielder with Samaris working together with Mantalos and Fortounis to create for Mitroglou.

Bosnia has always been a bad side despite their beliefs. Their defence is old and easily disorganized, very prone to counter attacks (despite belgium not playing with counterattacks which still beat them 4-0). They were just lucky that Dzeko and Pjanic came in the same period of time, along maybe Spahic and Lulic who are nothing better but can cope with weaker opposition. The only reason we lost vs them at Bosnia 3 years ago is our team not being well organized against set pieces. I think we conceded 2 from set piece and another from a penalty return. We re not at our best, but at the end of the day, Qualifying for the Euro 16 is what mattered, and we both failed. I don't get their fuss. Faroe Islands proved to be a solid weakling by drawing Hungary (Euro R16 participant) and Winning Latvia away.

not that I've heard of. Ranieri had an eye for talent picking him out from Aek in the 2nd division. Fetfa should be included. if clubless Tziolis and Maniatis can make the squad, might as well choose fetfa who's lighting up saudi arabia who by the way tied australia 2-2. SA isn't too shabby. one of the better asian sides, NT and club wise.

mantalos gets things done. fetfa is a joy to watch and would love to have him in there as well. he gives defenders fits!
