pash Posted July 17 Posted July 17 Can I just say that after a pair of pretty bad intro videos this preseason, this one is kind of a banger?
pash Posted July 20 Posted July 20 (edited) Um folks we don't need this: https://inpaok.com/909465/protathike-ston-paok-o-choselou/ https://www.transfermarkt.com/joselu/profil/spieler/81999 -edit- also, Bianco seems like he's moving to Modena in Serie B. Did they really offer more than us? I doubt it. Though apparently Fiorentina sold only 50% of his rights. Edited July 20 by pash
pash Posted July 23 Posted July 23 (edited) There's a rumor that we are interested in this kid from Corinthians (for... 12mm). https://www.transfermarkt.us/dieguinho/profil/spieler/1257132 I am skeptical, both due to the position he plays and the extremely high guess at a transfer fee. But sharing this anyway, because SHARING IS CARING -edit- here is the original source: https://www.cnnbrasil.com.br/esportes/futebol/corinthians/corinthians-ve-procura-da-europa-por-dieguinho-e-gui-negao-aumentar/ Edited July 23 by pash
pash Posted July 25 Posted July 25 French reports that Camara was offered a new contract and won't sign, indicating he's about to be sold. We should replace him with someone who's at least 40 on a 1-year cheap deal, of course. Giannoulis rumors heating up.
pash Posted July 26 Posted July 26 (edited) Celtic reportedly interested in Taylor coming back. I think it's inevitable. -edit- adding a new rumor, Gugeshashvili keen on a potential move to Goztepe. I like this, for obvious reasons. Edited July 26 by pash
pash Posted July 26 Posted July 26 Thought this was...interesting? Augsburg might have more sales they want to complete? https://inpaok.com/910277/oi-anakoinoseis-gia-giannouli-kai-to-neo-stoicheio-tis-ypothesis/ https://www.transfermarkt.com/fc-augsburg/startseite/verein/167 Not sure I'd actually want any one they're willing to part with, though.
Blackhawk Posted July 27 Author Posted July 27 I think Pavlenka/Tsiftsis/Monastirlis trio is solid as far as the goaltending spot is concerned. No need for the Georgian to hang around. Still don't believe we paid close to 1 mil to Panserraikos for him.
pash Posted July 28 Posted July 28 Hopefully where there's smoke, there's fire. His contract is only through 2028 so I can't imagine we're going to make any money on this deal, if he'll spend another year on loan.
pash Posted July 29 Posted July 29 Looks like the loan is happening. Also, sounds like Balde will be loaned to Levadiakos
PAOKSYD Posted July 29 Posted July 29 Balde, berdos & mythou need games. Not ready for our first 11 yet.
pash Posted July 29 Posted July 29 Perhaps we've found our replacement for Lyratzis: https://www.transfermarkt.us/william-mikelbrencis/profil/spieler/743500 He got very little time for the first half of the season, but seemed to play a lot in March and April, until he got injured. Currently a free agent.
pash Posted July 30 Posted July 30 Koulierakis sold to Roma for 15mm - only relevant to this thread because I believe we have a resale percentage for him? A shame it's such a firesale.
paokarag4 Posted July 31 Posted July 31 Looks like another signing is about to be completed and will be registered to play in the next round of Europa League Qualifying. Tom Louchet, 23 year old from Nice. 42 matches across all competitons last season for them. Early reports of a 3 Million Euro deal. https://www.paok24.com/podosfairo/633045/vomva-me-tom-loyse/ https://www.transfermarkt.com/tom-louchet/profil/spieler/750904
pash Posted July 31 Posted July 31 Whoa...a good age and I notice OG Nice plays a similar formation to what Lisci prefers. The transformation continues, huh? His contract is up in a year which may explain the (comparatively) big discount.
PAOKSYD Posted July 31 Posted July 31 We neeed a left whinger... On the right we have zivko, despodov & chatsidis.... Will shoreretire be sold?
Blackhawk Posted July 31 Author Posted July 31 Tom Louchet is expected in Thessaloniki on Sunday to sign with PAOK and be added to the European list.
pash Posted August 1 Posted August 1 Looks like Lyratzis will be moving to Atromitos. I'd imagine this will be a free transfer of some sort. Seems terms with William Mikelbrencis have allegedly been agreed and he is expected in Thessaloniki in a few days.
pash Posted August 3 Posted August 3 (edited) Couple of things: We have signed Adrian Caragea, a Romanian left winger who previously played for Dinamo Bucharest (FC Dinamo). His youth experience was mostly with Sassuolo in Italy. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/adrian-caragea/profil/spieler/723836 There's also a rumor that we're signing this kid (a left winger) from Paraguay: https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/axel-galeano/profil/spieler/1446733 I'm not really sure I follow the translation there - a buy option for 600k with bonuses bringing it up to a million? Which I guess implies that we're taking him on loan until 6/2027? -edit- I forgot to mention that the Caragea signing is for PAOK B! Transfermarkt also lists Galeano as a rumor for the B team, so it's possible both will head there. Edited August 3 by pash
Blackhawk Posted August 3 Author Posted August 3 Lyratzis to Atromitos is a free transfer, but we retain some kind of resale percentage. Balde has been loaned to Levadeiakos for the upcoming season.
paokarag4 Posted August 4 Posted August 4 On the heels of the Loucet announcement, looks like we have finally sealed Giannoulis. Reports saying we upped our offer to 4 million plus 1 million in bonuses. He will sign a 3 year contract.
pash Posted August 4 Posted August 4 I'm also seeing that part of the terms include the teams playing a friendly?? Which side was desperate for that? Weird (but I don't hate it).
PaokCT Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Also reports of Chelsea , Juve, and Dortmund all being interested in Konstantelias. Numbers flying around the 20 mil range. While as good of a player he is, man that money could go a long way of building an overall better team.
