Ellada2004 Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 What a goal from Dias! Sweet volley! Fortounis should have put that giveaway into the back of the net. OLY have to keep pressing to get another goal. 1
georgelaz Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 tsimikas great blocking to make the ball a goal kick. i love this kid 1
Antaeus7 Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 Fulltime 2-2 An away win will be the only way Olympiakos will advance
georgelaz Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 they were really good at parking the bus vs. AEK will be tough to crack. looking forward to it though
Ellada2004 Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 I just stepped out and missed the equalizer! How did they score? Disappointing!
georgelaz Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 Masouras could've got a pen he was shoved to the ground.. anyone got highlights? hard to come by and my stream sucked so missed a lot
Soprano76 Posted February 15, 2019 Posted February 15, 2019 Disappointed in the result. Let's hope the gavroi pull thru in the next leg.
jason Posted February 15, 2019 Posted February 15, 2019 (edited) I dont understand when we are off the ball we dont defend well in numbers... thats the modern game I find we are way to open on the field of play and that is hurting us... Edited February 15, 2019 by jason
georgelaz Posted February 15, 2019 Posted February 15, 2019 It's going to be cold as s%$#! in Kiev. Last time vs. AEK is was 1-1 and then 0-0 in Kiev. Let's hope Olympiakos will have better luck. Dynamo seems very good at holding a favourable result. Olympiakos showed great spirit vs. Milan though when they needed to win so let's hope the same can be done. Really looking forward to this one. The more dangerous attempts were from Olympiakos. Dynamo was lucky imo. Fortounis inches from making it 2-0. Podence dodging the goalie and again inches wide. Masouras also could've gotten a penalty on the last call where he was shoved down in the penalty box. I predict 0-0 in Kiev 40%, 1-1 30% or 1-0 Olympiakos Win 20%.
georgelaz Posted February 15, 2019 Posted February 15, 2019 I think Lazaros, Torosidis, Koutris should've started. Tsimikas I love but defensively Koutris is more sound and the away goals are going to hurt Oly. WTF did they let fetfa go. They literally started him in the game where they beat Milan
Ellada2004 Posted February 16, 2019 Posted February 16, 2019 OLY should have got the win. Fortounis missing that great chance was the pivotal moment would have put them up 2 nil and the game probably ends 3-1. Also Dynamo had not played a competitive game since December I figured an OLY win was guaranteed. 1
Antaeus7 Posted February 16, 2019 Posted February 16, 2019 Olympiakos rarely perform well against Ukrainian sides.
Ellada2004 Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 Yes they do struggle vs Ukrainian sides, as they did a few years back in the Europa League when they were eliminated by Dnipro. Hopefully they can pull it off in Kiev and advance to the round of 16.

Antaeus7 Posted February 21, 2019 Posted February 21, 2019 Losing Lazaros Christodoulopoulos hurts, bad timing to tear an ACL.
