Nikitas
lamprou who's loandeal with willem II ends this season is busy negotiating with willem II over a permanent deal. he had a great season with them and ending 9th this year and they promoted last season. here a rating of his last match and a article on the negotiations. https://translate.google.nl/translate?sl=nl&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=nl&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bd.nl%2Fsport%2Fvoetbal%2Fwillem-ii%2Fmitchell-dijks-steekt-er-bovenuit-bij-willem-ii-1.4929843&edit-text=&act=url https://translate.google.nl/translate?hl=nl&sl=nl&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bd.nl%2Falgemeen%2Fsport%2Fwillem-ii-keeper-kostas-lamprou-wil-snel-duidelijkheid-1.4929813

Dutch Eagle
Was checking on other Greek players abroad in this topic and saw that he already had two pages in 2004 (!) as a 13-year old.
Nikitas
had a good first match with some great saves. played 1-1 against vitesse who ended 3th place last season. https://translate.google.nl/translate?hl=nl&sl=nl&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bd.nl%2Fsport%2Fvoetbal%2Fwillem-ii%2Fkostas-lamprou-uitblinker-bij-willem-ii-1.5143466
Nikitas
was the best man on the pitch yesterday against AZ. willem ii played 3 good teams and managed to grab 2 points so a good start for them. https://translate.google.nl/translate?sl=nl&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=nl&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bd.nl%2Fsport%2Fvoetbal%2Fwillem-ii%2Flamprou-de-grote-man-bij-willem-ii-1.5177476&edit-text=&act=url

Tzatziki
22 straight starts and four clean sheets, not too bad even for Holland.
Dutch Eagle
A clean sheet again today in the 0-0 draw against De Graafschap.
Dutch Eagle
One more clean sheet for his resume. Willem II won the away game in Arnhem against Vitesse. Valueable pionts in the fight against relegation. Three points above the spots that forces them to play in the relegation-play out.
Dutch Eagle
Lamprou made a very big mistake that led to the only goal of the match. Willem II - Feyenoord 0-1. Willem II is now 16th with one game left. If they do not gain a spot than Willem II is forced to play 4 games against teams from the Dutch second Division in the struggle to avoid relegation. Dutch Eagle
Lamprou and Willem II managed to stay in the Eredivisie (the highest Division in Holland) by beating NAC Breda in the promotion/relegation-play-offs 4-3 on aggregate.
Nikitas
good for him and willem II that they stay in the eredivisie. lamprou had a good first half of the season but that second wasnt that good. some mistakes and blunders. by the way he is nowhere near the ethniki. Dutch Eagle
After beating A#a* with his team last week in the Arena with 1-2 with a good performance Lamprou had his first clean sheet of the season drawing 0-0 with Roda JC (of trainer Yannis Anastasiou).
Nikitas
^haha i like your post. specially the first sentence. lamprou had a bad start of the league with blunders in the first 2 matches but revenged him self in the matches after.
Dutch Eagle
Nikita, I'm one of the 12 mio inhabitants of The Netherlands that dislike those arrogant bastards. Kostas start this year was not good. He has improved since then. His problem will be his heigth or the lack of it. During all his career. But overall he is reliable.
Dutch Eagle
His second clean sheet against NEC Nijmegen. Makes his avarage a bit better: 11 goals conceeded in 7 games.
Dutch Eagle
Lamprou got his third clean sheet yesterday against PSV Eindhoven. All three times the final score was 0-0. Lamprou conceeded 18 goals in 13 games. Only 7 keepers/defences in the Eredivisie are better this season (best is PSV with 6 goals conceeded). paokarag4
I know people have said he's not NT worthy, but is he worth a call up? Compare him to glyko/kapino, is he that much worse? I haven't seen him so asking if anyone has Edited November 21, 2016 by paokarag4
RED SHERIFF
Kapino is much better than Glykos.. Lamprou may be better than Glykos..?
Dutch Eagle
He is a very decent keeper. His stats are good if you take in mind his club is always in the dangerzone of relegation. His lack of lenght costs him credits. If Skibbe is not satisfied with the others he should be given the opportunity to convince him.
RED SHERIFF
I think Skibbe rates Karnezis and Kapino
