What a far cry from this disaster! The Greek league has certainly had a step up in quality. I think the 9-12 range is a realistic place. Of the countries ahead of us now, Czechia can be realistically surpassed at some point. Turkey was below us at 22 just a couple of years ago, so they can be a bit volatile as well. Other than that, not sure if one could expect to compete with the likes of Belgium and the Netherlands.

What's the story between Omonoia proper and the Omonoia 29M club? Isn't it a group of fans that essentially split off from them main club?

Let’s be honest though.. PAOK’s level is the Conference League. In a year where you’d have your best chance, perhaps ever, to make the UCL there’s constant rumors about selling 3 of your best players (Koulieraki, Delia & Kotarski). Big clubs don’t operate that way imo.
