The solution is to completely disband EPO and start from scratch. Some of the criminals (Girtzikis and co.) have been removed, but a lot of their buddies are still at EPO running things. The way I see it is that it looks like the said player tries to move out of the way (or trying to put himself on side). How do you define interfering? That could be quite a loose interpretation, and taking into account the Greek refs those rules will be applied or not applied depending on what teams are on the field.
