  1. In the unlikely scenario where Ludogorets, Astana and BATE get eliminated in QR1 we will move into the seeded position for the QR3 draw. The problem is that all 3 have to be eliminated, which I don't see happening.
  2. That's a good start considering the 30% price increase.
  3. I'd like Cluj to eliminate Astana. Who wants to travel all the way to Kazakhstan in the middle of the summer. Maybe only Henrique who might like to visit old friends. With all that in mind here is how things are shaping up: In QR3 we will be unseeded and are looking to face one of the following teams: Ajax (HOL) FC Copenhagen (DEN) or a team that eliminates them in QR2 Dinamo Zagreb (CRO) or a team that eliminates them in QR2 Celtic Glasgow (SCO) if hey eliminate Sarajevo (BIH) in QR1 or a team that eliminates them in QR2 BATE Borisov (BLR) if they eliminate Piast Gliwice (POL) in QR1 or a team that eliminates them in QR2 Astana (KAZ) if they eliminate CFR Cluj (ROM) in QR1 or a team that eliminates them in QR2
  4. According to Serbian media rumors Canas apparently agreed with Red Star Belgrade.
  5. Also add to the list the fact that Koulouris and his agent explicitly stated that their eventual goal is to leave PAOK for a foreign team. Now is a good time to sell him and we should take advantage of it.
  6. SDNA (ie. Kolkas) is reporting that Ismael Silva is a done deal and is expected in Thessaloniki in few days to sign the contract.
  7. Khacheridi came out and said that he is 99% free from PAOK. Besides Toulouse apparently Fenerbahce and Celtic are interested in Koulouris.
  8. I believe the resale is 30%. Not bad considering he wasn't going anywhere with PAOK. Watch for others to follow on the same path.
  9. Charisis will sign for 2 years with Atromitos. PAOK will retain a resale percentage.
  10. The reason Apollon would want it is the same as Iraklis would want it. Easy way to get back to Superleague1 and in the process eliminate any debt that has been accumulated.
  11. Baloggianis has been called up to the senior team few times and apparently him, Lyratzis, Michailidis and Papadopoulos will be invited by Lucescu to the training camp.
  12. The New Football Club (NFC) Volos team is a Achilleas Beos (convicted felon for match fixing and current Volos Mayor) concoction. What he did is get some village team (Pydna Kitrous) and moved them to Volos and renaming thedm NFC Volos. Somehow this team managed to qualify to Superleague1. They have no fans at all, and it looks like the only thing Beos wants is to sell the rights (tax ID number) to any interesting parties. That's why the Iraklis people tried to buy it from him, but apparently the price was too high. Apollon Smyrnis is also interested in getting their hands on that tax ID number. Eventually that's what is going to happen to this team. BTW, both Olympiakos Volos and Niki Volos still exist and play in lower divisions.
  13. Right now the only midfielder besides someone from U19 that we have and is healthy is Misic. Canas is not under contract and Silva did not sign yet. Mauricio will not see any action until December at best. Wernbloom is apparently going to take part in pre-season training, but there is no way he will completely ready (both mentally and physically) for a while. We might need one more acquisition at midfield assuming Silva signs.
  14. Yes, but I don't think he will stay. EPO is split in the middle (8-8) and the deciding ninth vote to break the deadlock belongs to the president of Superleague, who will vote with the Olympiakos/AEK block. That block wants to bring their own people (Ouzounidis, Dellas, etc.) to the coaching staff so they can control on what is happening with the national team and set their own agenda at EPO (kicking out foreign refs, eliminating VAR, etc). As for the 3 that sabotaged the NT, if I was a coach coming to the NT I would not call them up either. After all if they did such thing in the past, what is stopping them from doing it in the future. The players can't run the team. Their job is to perform on the field.
  15. Apparently we are asking for 6 mil. His buyout option is 7 mil, but I am sure if someone pays 4.5 - 5 mil he will be sold. The player and his agent expressed their wish to move out from PAOK.
  16. pash I think the reason is because we are making NFC Volos one of our satellite teams. Maybe even switching from Atromitos to Volos. Another sign this is happening is with the loans of Tsaousis and Diamantis from the U19 team to NFC Volos. I am 100% sure the new keeper will be loaned.
  17. There is clear explanation. They sabotaged the national team on purpose to get their way.
  18. Were running the EPO. They were kicked out 2 years ago after EPO elections and FIFA stepping in. However they try really hard get control again. The current NT fiasco will help their plan. They are getting closer to their goal. The current balance is 8-8-1, with the deciding vote going in favor of the past regime that joined forces with the group controlled by the Mitropoulos brothers of the "F*** everyone else as long as Olympiakos and Aigaleo win" fame.
  19. Not quite identical. Only four of the teams are same.
  20. Lambrou contract details: until June 30, 2023 250,000 Euro per season 15% raise each season 10,000,000 buyout clause Hope he gets a chance to play this season.
  21. The game was for the 2021 U21 Euro qualifying. Not for the 2019 Euro U21 competition.
  22. PAOK should just pay AEX's fine as well. After all the men should always pay the bill when they take their gomenes out.
