  1. Ajax still very dangerous, we need to tighten our s%$#! up again or we're definitely going to get scored on.
  2. Now another three, just to make sure history doesn't repeat itself
  3. Getting real pumped up guys, this should be a good one!
  4. The thing about Rodrigues, is that when he does manage to put something together, he's very very impressive. This will put pressure on Ivic to keep him on in the hopes that one moment of great play will overcome any bad performance up to that point. But that said, I would agree - sub him out quick if he's not on fire. We also don't have many other wingers available on the bench - Mistakidis is the only one who regularly plays that role, and is in shape. Biseswar might be a risk to bring in, and Kitsiou can play as RW, but hasn't for months (and never regularly).
  5. Has anyone bought shirts on the store, apart from jerseys? I liked the below two, but wasn't sure if I should size up, just in case. http://store.paokfc.gr/english/paok-fc-black-shield-t-shirt-15976.html http://store.paokfc.gr/english/paok-fc-black-travel-polo-16-321.html
  6. This commemorative gear is nice. http://inpaok.com/314677 I especially like the scarf:
  7. That doesn't make sense...on the one hand, Pereyra is ten times the #10 that Shakhov is; on the other, he is also not a CF.
  8. It sounds like Pereyra might start in this match. I'll repeat my last lineup - very glad that Matos seems unhurt. Wouldn't be surprised to see Shakhov in for Charisis (since Ivic will be eager to show off his new toy)...but might be better as a sub. --Glykos-- --Matos--Crespo--Tzavellas--Leovac-- --Cimirot--Charisis-- --Campos-- --Rodrigues-- --Pereyra-- --Klaus--
  9. Brkic moves like Frankenstein's monster in this.
  10. Savvidis is out for two months (broke his metatarsal), apparently Panionios will not replace him with a new transfer and will instead wait out his return.
  11. I think you should add a few more comments about Tziolis just to even it out too.
  12. Essentially, someone more like Mak. Boston was saying a few days ago that in this system, Pereyra might be the more effective striker. If we can't find someone that's substantially better, I wouldn't mind seeing him up there, either with or instead of Klaus. They worked well together two years ago, too.
  13. I assumed a passport would work, although I don't like the idea of carrying it around when I'm clearly going to be drinking. Good to know at least.
  14. ^ I was actually wondering the same thing
  15. I think you should ask that to the Olympiakos guys. Not our player.
  16. Sounds like you're predicting a Europa League appearance in the very near future.
  17. The worst thing about this is that since you guys will still end up going through, this just cuts into the already-meager contribution that the match would have made to the coefficient points. Oh well. Live and learn.
  18. Olympiakos drew 0-0 at home vs Vitor's new team. Hopefully they remain this week for the Super League. May be our big chance after all. Hopefully we don't have an Anastasiadis-style decline (yet again).
  19. Milik has agreed terms with Napoli, sounds great to me.
  20. I just think that is Charisis is already playing as the #8, and he already has great chemistry with Cimirot (which he definitely does), then why rock the boat? Shakhov might well be a better player than one or both of them, but I think the team needs some stability during these early games. It'll take time for the new players to gel. And even though Campos is wearing the #10, he's definitely going to be playing as a winger. So not much conflict there. Agreed on Mistakidis ;)
  21. Here is the sideline camera view. Jalma/Klaus's reaction after the goal is absolutely priceless (starts around 2:30):
