My take on this draw: We would have drawn a similar calibre group if we came in through Pot 2 instead of Pot 4. All very interesting matchups: Can't wait for Italy-Greece matches for obvious reasons. Greece at their best can get a result vs the Italians. We keep drawing Bosnia and have developed somewhat of a rivalry with them throughout the years. They are good, but very beatable. Finland are playing well as of late, but, as we showed a couple of weeks ago, we are the better side. They are overacheaving and are a Pot 4 team at their core. I don't think Armenia will be walk in the park, especially with Greece's habit of playing down to their opponents. This isn't a strong side, we should win both, but they sometimes come to play and Mhkitaryan is pretty good. Lietchenstein should be a breeze if we have any ambition. All in all, could have drawn a more difficult group and did not really suffer the full brunt of coming in through Pot 4.2 points

first team to qualify from pot 4 in history?! ? It will be unpredictable. We can be anywhere from 1st to 4th. Realistically 2nd or 3rd.2 points

We have to move on from what’s happened in the past. We should be optimistic and the team should be aswell. Like someone said Italy is beatable. We know what Bosnia is about and we will be prepared. Finland, we won’t make the same mistake again. Hopefully against Armenia we get the right result because we haven’t face them and we know how we do against minnows. Hopefully we create the right team going into March.2 points

Bosnia will be difficult... Greece never win in Finland.. Its an open group but the favorites are definitely Italy and Bosnia2 points

PAO penalty was a penalty 100% (you dont tackle like that in the box!!! Utterly stupid tackle in there!!!), Aris 2nd penalty defo NOT a handball, 1st one I think it was. Good game, but I am not happy, we played like a small team trying to keep the result. Disgusted.... Bring Herrera back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 point

Its a good draw for us, Italy will be tough as they all ways qualify for major tournaments and will be hungry after missing the last World Cup, but I have watched them play in nations league and they were having there own troubles. Bosnia we know them well seems like we are always paired in the same group and know how to match up with them. Greece tied them at home last WCUP qualifiers with a late goal from Tzavellas and should have beat them in Bosnia if not for Mantalos missing an easy tap in. The team will be eager to face them its a rivalry. Finland may give us the most problems for whatever reason we struggle vs them. At least Greece avoided heavy weight Pot 1 sides France and Spain, Germany from Pot 2 and Serbia from Pot 3. Overall Greece can make it out of this group if the coach gets his selections and tactics right. PA ME ELLADA!!!1 point

Listen guys we are at our lowest right now we all get that but lets not forget as low as we are we still drew Belgium who is a power house and played two tight games against them, We also drew Bosnia twice.. Its a fact we play better when we are the underdogs... If we figure our s%$#! out and we play the best players at our disposal we at least give ourselves a chance in this group..1 point

Exactly. Spot on And It didn't matter what group we got it's impossible to qualify from pot 4. No team in ever in the history of qualifiers has qualified from pot 4. Euros and world cup1 point
-
We knew it would be difficult what ever group we got especially in our current state, but id rather have this group which may give us a fighting chance then some of the other groups.. Like I said we know Italy and Bosnia are the favorites and Finland is always a challenge.. Not going to be easy at all but we could have been placed in a much harder group..1 point

Tricky draw, could've been worse. At our best we mix it with Bosnia for 2nd spot. We don't match up well with Finland but if we can take 4 points off them we'll be in good shape. Hopefully the boys turn around their form and we'll be in with a shot1 point

Lol we can't top a group consisting of Finland , Hungary and Estonia but now we will finish 2nd in this group. ??? We can dream. But I think it's time to wake up. Do you really think we can beat Italy? Let alone Bosnia and Finland? even Armenia will be tough away. Top teams struggle there. We will be lucky to finish 3rd but with the team we have I think 4th is where we will end up. Qualifying starts in less than 3 months unless Greece has naturalized a group of Brazilians we ain't qualifying lol ???1 point

12 points from Lichtenstein and Armenia. We should beat Bosnia, and we will have to work hard against Finland and Italy1 point

We have no power house but 3 tricky teams... Italy Bonsina Finland Greece Armenia Liechtenstein1 point

I agree with those who say it doesn't matter who we get tomorrow. we need to win and finish at least 2nd. But really I know how this will turn out. This is not a overnight fix. We just finished 3rd in a group consisting of Finland, Hungary and Estonia. Dose everyone actually believe we will qualify for the Euros? Lol We are in pot 4. It's going to be so hard to finish 2nd. We are no where near the pot 1 or pot 2 teams. Even pot 3 teams are way ahead of us. Guys be prepared to get use to not Qualifying. It's over. The fat lady has sung. We need help big time. We need change. The FA needs to be cleaned out, investment in facilities and youth. I always say look at what portugal did. Greece has to do the same. Yes we won a Euro but it was more luck and playing so defensive that we won. We had some luck in qualifying for some tournaments last 10yrs after 04 because of our rankings due to winning the cup, But it's over. Portugal is playing for another trophy next June.1 point

If a lot of them are going to say these kinds of things and dont want the Ethniki playing at Toumba then the EPO should not go there. Play in Athens, why did they leave the Karaiskaki in the first place? Your right J1078 the NT needs all the home support to help lift the team. This is an unnecessary problem at this time.1 point

Maybe I'm just pissed at how far this team has fallen. Champs in 2004 to chumps in 2018. Sad0 points

This team is broke. It won't be fixed in time for the qualifiers. So much work needs to be done. Im sorry to be so negative but you could see the downfall from 2014. Final straw was finishing 3rd in the nations cup. A competition that was so easy for us to finish 1st and get into the playoffs. The 3rd division. The 3rd division let that sink in.0 points
