  1. Today
  2. Important game to determine if we are still in the hunt for the title. Nothing but a win is what we need.
  3. How about Chalov?
  4. Samatta just scored his first goal of the season for Le Havre.
  5. Yesterday
  6. Stefanos Borbokis died at the age of 59. He played for all 4 professional teams in Thessaloniki (PAOK, Iraklis, Aris and Apollon Kalamaria) and for Edessaikos. He was capped 29 times for the Ethniki scoring 6 goals.
  7. Stefanos Borbokis died at the age of 59. Sadly he didn't make it to April 20th when we celebrate 100 years PAOK. I will never forget he was the scorer/matchwinner in the first PAOK-game I took my then girlfriend and now wife to watch: KV Mechelen-PAOK 0-1. R.I.P. Stefane.
  8. George Henry Ivor Baldock 9-3-1993 - 9-10-2024 12 caps. * topic will not be closed to honour George.
  9. Zena retired after the 2024/2025-season. He was capped 34 times for the Ethniki and scored 2 goals.
  10. Samaris has retired (a long time ago). He had a nice career and was capped 39 times for the Ethniki scoring 1 goal (against Ivory Coast at the World Cup in 2014 in Brazil).
  11. Rio Ave "bought" him in the summer of 2024 for € 500K.
  12. He joined Panetolikos in September.
  13. Scored a brace yesterday against the Wolves.
  14. Last week
  15. The final schedule is as follows: 22-Apr-2026: PAOK - Bilbao Basket 29-Apr-2026: Bilbao Basket - PAOK
  16. Well AEK lost 3:0 in the first match, so it looks almost impossible to advance to the semifinals. This also means that we lost the race for the 10th place to Czechia. Currently the rankings for the next season (starting in July 2026) are as follows: Our starting points in July of 2026 can increase to 40.412 if AEK gets a win against Rayo next week.

  18. PAOK Basketball qualified back to back for the final of the FIBA European Cup. And the opponent is again Bilbao Basket. Time for revenge though they are a good team.
  19. I would LOVE him as a Baba replacement. We need to make a move there, desperately.
  20. Not easy at all. A tight 2-1 win. A goal of PAS was cancelled, then they were left with 10 men after 2 yellows for the same player but still managed to score the 0-1 before HT. The winner was scored in '89. Kavala lost. Now PAOK B has a 7 point advantage over #7 (first relegation spot) Kavala with 3 MD's to go. Two of the matches are "home-games".
  21. Not sure where to put this but this topic is probably the best fit. The links to Giannoulis returning to us in the summer continue to happen, as they have for the past year. It is clear that he wants to return to Greece and his preference is PAOK, just a matter of if we can strike a deal with Augsburg. He is contracted for 2 more years, and apparently the Germans want 3 million for him. Would be a great signing, he is 30 so still should have a good 2-3 years at least in him. He remains a starter in the Bundesliga this season and has played plenty of football over the past 2 years in Germany. https://www.sport24.gr/football/o-paok-ton-proto-logo-gia-dimitri-giannouli-ti-isxiei-me-tin-periptosi-tou/
  22. What a legend. And it is just beyond comprehension he coached the Romania national team on March 26th. R.I.P.
  23. Mircea Lucescu has passesd:
  24. Next game: Play-Outs: Round 7 08-April-2026, 15:00 EET Kalamaria - Apollon kalamaria Stadium PAOK Thessaloniki 'B' - PAS Giannina TV: Sportal.gr Should be an easy win as PAS is officially relegated.
  25. It's not over but AEK's win has made life difficult for us. Our game away at AEK after the Easter break is now a must win to cut the gap. Essentially we have to win our last 5 and we clinch the title, obviously that is far easier said than done. One game at a time though and it starts at Agia Sophia in a couple of weeks. The only positive with all this starting and stopping is that hopefully it means we get Meite, Kenny and Zivkovic back fit and firing for the crucial clash.
  26. AEK will beat us. They are the much better team this season.
  27. nothing is finished, coming back our injuries we can win aek in our 2 games let's do it !
