I saw Egaleo in 4th yesterday and thought they might not be as bad as before. But to LOSE!!!! This is sad. If we lose in Stuttgart this week, Shum's a ticking timebomb. Let's get rid of him and those punks Epalle and Maric. Bring in some quality instead. He's embarassed and scarred our team's name and reputation with his trash. I still don't think that things are totally hopeless though. I give him three weeks to pull his act together or he's gone. I don't think we'll win the CL this week because Stuttgart is a very good team. I think we have a better chance at home. If we fail @ Leoforo against them in 2 weeks then you know it's time... It is also that during the last 2 years Panathinaikos have developed a problem towards them! We all remember what happened last year both in the Championship and in the cup! After 7 games in the Grek league, PAO has not convinced in not one signle one (2nd half against OFH). There's no improvement, not a tad!!! I don't know what can improve things as the current situation stands..I just can't see anything. Sanmartean is injury prone from what we've seen and we can't bank on him. Our team is so naked when it comes to personalities and gamebreakers that it must be the worst of all time. The team has no heart and soul. That was ripped out and not replaced when Karagounis left. When I said early on that we didn't have a good team this year and we should forget the Euro run and concentrate on the Greek league, many disagreed. Well, it seems that unless a big shake up happens soon the team might not even make it to the next champions league next year. What also pisses me off is that we are not even playing like a team that's improving. The same s%$#! every game. We got some lucky results and went first for a while, but in the LONG run a weak team cannot make it. Perhaps the Greek cup is our only hope--where we might show up for a game here and there. On the other hand, I'm glad that we lost to Aegaleo and to a bitter rival, and second, that this might trigger the needed changed. Though I'm not holding my breath. What else can I say?
