Dutch Eagle
Tsitsipas will face Carlos Taberner from Spain in the first round. Tsitsipas is considered favourite as he is ranked #40 and his opponent #194. #7 seed Austrian Dominic Thiem should normally be the next opponent for the winner of the tie between Tsitsipas and Taberner. Dutch Eagle
Maria Sakkari saw Mandy Minella from Luxembourg popping out as her opponent at the draw. Minella has a protected status (rank #301) as she gave birth to a daughter last October. She normally wasn’t allowed to take even part at the qualifiers with that ranking. paokarag4
Tsitsipas down 2-1 sets against Number 7 seed Theim. Match was postponed due to bad weather. Should be taking to the court in the next half hour or so to complete his match. Let's hope the break has done him some good and he pulls off an upset. Remember he beat Theim just a few weeks ago en route to the Barcelona final.
