Well at least our attendance won't be much lower for this match than it usually is!

Fingers crossed for this one; hopefully the team doesn't need the home fans for inspiration.

Okay I clearly thought in the above post that this was a home game for some reason. Uh, ignore that.

I'd like to see the below lineup. I still think Biseswar needs to start; if he looks poor than sub him off for Pelkas. If Lucescu judges that he'll be too tired to even play a half, then keep him on the bench.

                         --Rey--

--Matos--Varela--Malezas--Deligiannidis--

             --Cimirot--Shakhov--

       --Henrique--Biseswar--Mak--

                    --Prijovic--

These are the games where you mount a title challenge or not.  The away games where we often drop points to teams who have 1/10th our budget.  Let us see what this year will bring ...

Pelkas will miss this game; he's undergoing an MRI for a hit to the knee in the dying minutes of yesterday's match. I didn't even notice this; hopefully it's minor...

Whoops, I forgot that Matos is also banned for this game (due to punishment from last season). At least he'll be fresh for next Thursday.

Deligiannidis, Canas, and Leveque are also still injured. Leovac will doubtlessly start at LB; presumably Konstantinidis will take RB.

I am really curious how Lucescu will handle the absences of Matos and Pelkas.

On paper it should not be hard to beat Levadeiakos. I am sure they will play like the Swedes with a parked bus. Hopefully we score one early and the rest will be history.

Klaus wanted to wear our jersey for the very last time, but just read on inpaok.com that he is out of the squad as he flies to Israel tomorrow.

No replacement for him in the squad announced yet.

InPAOK is predicting the below lineup (though possibly with Campos in if Henrique's injury is more serious than we think):

                      --Rey--

--Crespo--Varela--Malezas--Leovac--

              --Cimirot--Kace--

      --Henrique--Mak--Limnios--

                    --Prijovic--

This really seems more like a 4-4-1-1 to me, but regardless it should be more than enough to see us get a win. Would be good to see multiple Greeks/academy grads in there.

Both coaches...uh...ejected? Not really, but they're now sitting a few rows back on the stands.

Third yellow of the game (second for Levadiakos). We've slowly started to take control of the game. I don't like Crespo as a fullback. I'd sub Konstantinidis in at half for Malezas (who is on a card) and shift him back centrally.

-edit- what we REALLY need, though, is Biseswar, right at halftime.

agree, in a game where you are gonna have the opposition pinned back you need fullbacks who can play with the ball, dribble and cross, Crespo doesn't fit that given he's a centre back.

a lot of players playing very poorly, Kace and Mak's touch has been awful. need some subs the guys out there just don't have the quality to open a packed defence.

Kace is probably the worst on the field right now. I'd take him off first and see if Limnios/Mak improve. I have a feeling the whole team will look much better.

Shakhov first change, coming on for Kace.

Aklautoi switching between games now. I really wish we had another option than this site.

-edit- Biseswar finally on, for Limnios

-edit again- Campos likely the third sub, I'm guessing for Henrique
