It's possible since PAOK has not agreed to terms with NOVA (as of June when this article posted)

I think PAE PAOK went to this model because it does not have a contract for the 2017-2019 with NOVA, and since as it appears any negotiations between NOVA and Superleague have failed I am very certain that PAOK will show all their home games on this platform.

Today's game is available only for people outside of Greece and Ukraine because in Greece the rights to the game belong to OTE and in Ukraine to some local channel.
