pash Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Unrelated to the tsoglani - am I the only one who finds it very hard to tell the 7s on our jerseys apart from 1s and 2s?
Bananas Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Nice work Cimirot. He's been very solid today. 1
Bananas Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 One day, in an alternate universe, we kept a clean sheet. 1
PAOKSWEDEN Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Unrelated to the tsoglani - am I the only one who finds it very hard to tell the 7s on our jerseys apart from 1s and 2s? Nope, I have the same problem.
BostonThanatos Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 3-1. Olsen got a hand on it, but not enough. I swear when Berba is in there, I feel like everyone hold onto to the ball to try and force it to him in the box.... Pash, the 7's on our uniforms are goofy.
Bananas Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Agree Boston, they slow or speed up the game to try and feed him. The fact is, he's still not even close to being match fit. The only game where we got value for money from him was against Dortmund.
Dutch Eagle Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Don't like the numbers either. Apart from being difficult to tell what number it is or just a modern questionmark.
Bananas Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Overall, a very very good performance. Can't really single out any players for playing badly. The back line was solid. I really like the midfield pairing of Cimirot and Charisis. Pelkas and Mak were probably a little quiet but still solid. Jairo was excellent from the first goal onwards. And Klaus was decent as well. The important thing is we didn't have those lapses where the team just goes to sleep for a period, or can't string passes together. The possession, passing and energy levels today were very good. Hopefully a sign of things to come. Oh, and Berbatov had nice boots on ... 3
pash Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Press conference. References the Kace question about 18 minutes in, no real answers to Boston's question.
Blackhawk Posted January 11, 2016 Author Posted January 11, 2016 Speaking of which, what the heck has happened to Korovesis ? There is always the possibility that he is just a mediocre player.
Pontos Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Pelkas again trying to do to much and then kept trying to reconcile for his mistakes later in the game by trying to do even more. An average game by his standards. Cimirot and Charisis were brilliant along with Jairo as the best 3 on the day. I really liked watching Cimirot carry the ball up field, beating a player and then laying it off.
